Terrible experience – coffee was watered down and the donuts tasted stale. Definitely not worth the stop.

I gave it 4 stars because this is the 2nd time I've asked my muffin a certain way and it's not what I asked. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly. I love the way they make my latte and the atmosphere is clean.

Had an issue with my order. Staff went into gaslight mode word one. I'm kind, I don't give people attitude, I don't make a mean face, I've been in the service industry in multiple ways.

Bagel was crusty and had actual mold. Stay away from this place.

Love the staff but this is the second time I had issues with donuts from Dunkin, the first time the donuts were stale like they were days old and this time we found literal mold on the donuts, completely vile!

The doughnuts and munchkins were good, they also gave me extra so that made me happy. The service was okay, the actual employees weren’t a problem but the wait was about 10-15 minutes for doughnuts and munchkins. The atmosphere was bad, before they renovated it it was better and it gave more Dunkin vibes, but now its just grey black and white, and it feels boring.

Whose bright idea was it to redo and ruin this Dunkin’? I thought renovations were supposed to improve places? You drained all the life out of it and picked the worst color — gray?? Seriously?? Even my brother said it was bad and he never complains. It used to be the cutest, cleanest Dunkin’, now it looks like a place with terrible lighting and no warmth/charm at all. You wasted money — should’ve just redone behind the counter and the bathroom. Bye bye 👋🏼 never stepping foot in there again. RIP 🪦

Review for Dunkin’ Donuts – Clifton Location

I had a very disappointing experience at this location and felt compelled to share. I came in and ordered two sandwiches and two donuts. After paying, I received my sandwiches, but when I asked about the donuts, the cashier (a woman with glasses) told me I was only charged for the sandwiches. I showed her my credit card transaction, which clearly reflected the full charge, including the donuts—complete with the correct time, date, and store location.

Instead of resolving the issue, she insisted she had only charged me for the sandwiches and implied I was lying. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager or the owner (who was clearly in the back within view), she told me there was no owner or manager. Her tone was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction.

This wasn’t just about the donuts—it was the way she treated me and another customer who simply wanted to add foam to her coffee. Her attitude was nasty, unprofessional, and completely out of line for someone in customer service.

I won’t be spending another dime at this location. Poor service, disrespectful staff, and no accountability. Avoid if you value your time, money, or basic courtesy.

When you order a drink, just make it the way I want not the way you want

Workers are so rude and lazy. They don’t know what to do. Need a good training. Worst Dunkin ever.
I got a latte and the cup is half empty. I ordered bagel with cream cheese but I got one without it. Are they hiring little kids for this location or what?

Went in to get a few drinks and donuts the lady charges startes getting my order ready notices the hot chocolate machine is not working proceeded to then charge me with out letting me know it would be a wait for the hot chocolate 20 mins later I received my drink 3/4 of the way filled. I asked for a cup of ice and was told it would be 1 doller after waiting 20 minutes for a drink I found it to be a slap in the face. So I just left I returned because I did not get a receipt when I asked for it it seemed to bother the two employees who had to go thru the garbage for it. When it was found I informed them that they had charged me incorrectly and they implied that I was trying to steal when I asked for the difference back as if a .80 cents would make me richer. Overall terrible experience

Everything is stale. Bagels and munchkins tasted like they were days old. Completely unedible. Maybe this explains why their parking lot is empty. Avoid at all costs.

The person here today needs to learn serious organization skills. She’s here by herself and does not know how to properly attend more than one customer. She left me waiting for to finish making my Pumpkin spice latte while she went to take orders and make their orders first when I was there first. I literally waited for her to add a splash of milk and whip cream. Saturday 10/19/24 4:45pm. The Pumpkin Spice Chai latte she made sucked. Too thick

I got a code and a snacking bacon. The code took a little longer than estimated (or maybe I’m just an impatient person) but overall the coffee was good how I like it and the snacking bacon was on point and super tasty. Order from here again I would.

Attention all Dunkin' lovers!

I’ve been an avid Dunkin' coffee drinker for the past four years, so I know how their drinks are supposed to taste. Earlier this week, I came in and ordered my usual drink with just one pump of pumpkin syrup, and the man at the register got it right—the drink wasn’t too sweet. So, I know I’m not imagining things.

Yesterday, I came in again, and the same young woman made my drink incorrectly, but I didn’t say anything. Today, I returned and ordered the same drink with one pump of pumpkin because I can't have the extra sugar due to medical reasons. However, they added two pumps, making the drink far too sweet for my liking—this is why I always order just one pump.

I’ve been ordering this way for years, so I know exactly how it should taste. When I noticed the mistake, I politely asked them to remake it. The lady handed me back a drink in an un labelled cup, which seemed odd. After taking a sip, I realized it tasted the same as the first one. They had poured the original drink into a new cup and handed it back to me, instead of making a fresh one.

As someone who works in the medical field, I find this extremely dangerous. For someone with diabetes, this kind of error could lead to a serious medical issue, such as a sugar coma. When a customer requests a drink to be made a certain way, it's not about being difficult—it’s about their health and preferences.

When ordering a regular coffee without modifications, they usually get it right. However, if you have specific needs or dietary restrictions, it’s best to be cautious. That said, the staff is very friendly. I really wanted to enjoy this location due to their affordable prices, but I felt it was important to share my experience.
