This is my favorite Dunkin to go to they make everything really good EXCEPT they recently started charging me $1.09 for a freakin pup cup which is a tiny cup of whipped cream, Are you kidding me !?? Starbucks gives it free and so do all other Dunkin’s such a complete scam. It’s so messed up! And for some suspicious reason whenever I order my iced coffee it has a weird taste of mucky water. Which is really bad, coffee should not be tasting like that. I’ve complained for a couple years about it and nothing has changed… None of the other Dunkin’s iced coffees taste like this I even asked 3 of my friends and they all agreed something doesn’t taste right in it. So I avoid going to this dunkin when I want an iced coffee but for everything else on the menu, this is my favorite dunkin, it’s usually the cleanest, the workers they hire here are the nicest in the area and the set up is so nice

No bathroom for customers to use. I got off the highway to come for a coffee and some donuts, as I'm traveling far. And I happened to notice that there aren't a bathroom for customers, I cancel my orders and left the place. That's not customer friendly at

I go to this Dunkin' Donuts because of the staff member who works there and I go on his shift because he is a very kind person and pays attention to the details of his customers. And when you walk in, he already knows what you want.
My order is ALWAYS wrong. Whether it’s an iced coffee or simple breakfast sandwich & by the time I check I’m already too far, all the employees are nice however the product is horrible. If you plan to go here check your order before you leave!

Great Iced coffee. Free donut day. Even though I picked the donut that wasn't one of the free ones, the manager let me have it anyway. Parking lot has to be enlarged, but I realize this is a tight corner spot on Fenner and Valley. I didn't order ahead but service was fast.

Horrible customer service. The girl that was there today at 9:26 a.m. had a very nasty attitude, and made me instantly regret my $46 order. No eye contact, no recognition of customers being there waiting for a while. To make it even worst, I still said thank you before leaving and got nothing. It’s not the product that brings customers, it’s the service. Never going back to this one.

There are always noisy teens associating with the workers. Not great customer service. Received cold coffee and workers were annoyed to change it. Would not recommend.

They are rarely open at the time they are scheduled to open. The young man usually gets there way after 5:30 am. The tables and floor are usually dirty.
