Yesterday, we had the worst experience ever. My husband and I went to buy some cinnamon rolls for our family (including our kids) around midnight, since we live nearby and it was a Friday night. When I opened the box before paying, one of the cinnamon rolls was already half gone. At first, I thought my husband was joking, but he wasn’t—the employee actually handed us a half-eaten cinnamon roll.
What makes it even worse is that I even ate a bit before realizing something was wrong. On top of that, every box normally comes sealed with a sticker, and ours didn’t have one. I know this because I am the one who opened the box. This is unacceptable, disrespectful, and extremely unsanitary—especially considering the food was for our children. I strongly suggest reviewing the cameras to see what happened.
We are regular customers, but after this, we will not be returning. I’d rather drive farther to a place that respects its customers and follows proper sanitary standards. Please be aware and always check your food before leaving—or avoid this place altogether.

I have been going to this place for years and never had such a bad experience, went there today and the manager over there was so unprofessional and rude. She tried to redeem my points and couldn’t do it eventually loosing them which is not a big deal for me but her bad attitude and the way she raised her voice infront of my autistic son, her employees and other customers on us was unbelievable and when we were leaving she told us infront of everyone not to come here which was very rude of her. When we left she chased us and came out and used abusive language where I told her that I don’t want to speak to her. She crossed all lines and I’m never going back to this place again. My son who has autism got so much upset because of her and got afraid of her. I wish someone can teach her professionalism and customer care so that other people cannot have similar experience as of mine. Thank you!

I regularly visit this location, and unfortunately, it is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The manager is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and constantly raises their voice at employees in front of everyone, including customers. The lack of professionalism creates a very uncomfortable environment for both staff and guests. On top of that, the quality of the coffee is completely inconsistent — it tastes different every single day, almost by chance. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Honestly, it doesn’t even deserve one star.

So I rated this four stars, because usually Duncan is really good. We arrived on a Tuesday night before 9:30-the lobby is supposed to close at 10:00 p.m., but it was locked at 9:30 p.m. so we weren't able to get coffee or anything to eat.
I am disgusted with the level of customer service in the location they are understaffed, I was treated very poorly and staff behave as if they were doing me a favor NOT like a just spent my hard earned money making a purchase.
I was so frustrated with the unwanted comments I just left without anything even after spending $11.00.
I don’t recommend you go to places you are not treated with respect and kindness.
If you’re not passionate and excited to wake up a do your job then please don’t make others experience as bad a yours.

Previous staff was alot better, I used to come here regularly and I came recently for a cup of coffee. The staff couldn’t even make a simple cup of coffee and I ordered my coffee black but I received cream and plenty of sugar inside. I asked the staff to correct my order and they started talking about me in spanish and I overheard one of them to the other to spit in my coffee. I asked for the manager and this loud mouth lady came with a nasty attitude and asked me to leave. How hard is it to just make a simple BLACK coffee, the service here is beyond mind boggling. Maybe the staff here should look into finding a new job especially the manager there with her nasty attitude.
