This morning I purchased a coffee that did not taste right. When I asked for a replacement, the staff member simply added more coffee to the same cup and responded in an unpleasant and irritated manner. I stop at this location often and have never experienced any issues before.

I come here basically every morning, the staff are always so sweet and welcoming, always asking how I am every morning I go. They understand my orders perfectly every-time. On top of that this dunkin' has a drive thru which is perfect when you're on the go, gets packed pretty easily but the line moves fast, never in line for more than 5 minutes and usually theres like 5 cars in front of me. I highly recommend this dunkin' if you're looking for a friendly and fast paced one!
