Got my coffee order wrong 2x. I ordered hazelnut ice coffee milk and sugar. I got cream and sugar. I also asked for less Ice. The second time they got the ingredients right but it was mostly ice. Rude workers.

The ladies who work the morning crew are AMAZING. they work hard with the crazy rush of all of us trying to get our coffee, and always say hello with a smile and work to get you your order. They always make my coffee perfect and I order almost every morning and I just had to give them specifically a shout out!

Usually the service is well, but my last time there, the customer in front of me decided he wanted “extra napkins” and went to the men’s room while I paid for his coffee. So we sat down and sipped our coffee while Tom and Tom played their music for the audience. One customer requested “Blackbird” and apparently this gentleman was a food writer / Foodie, enthusiast. And to close out my disappointment he sang along to the music. Next time I’m going to sit in the lounge area where I could enjoy my grande coffee with coconut milk. Thank you
First and last time, 05-14-25 8:30 pm, the cashier attended with a very bad attitude even though the establishment was empty.

I went there on Jan 13, at 5am, a darker skinned woman with a hijab was behind the counter. I asked politely to use the bathroom because there was no other bathrooms nearby, I told her I'd leave and come back to buy something after the fact because I left my wallet in my car and was in a hurry. I went to use the bathroom then 2 minutes into me using it I heard loud banging on the door then a lady asking "are you okay?" What the hell kind of question is that? After I left the bathroom the lady behind the counter started yelling at me screaming for me to buy something. It was the most disrespectful disgusting service I've ever received. She is miserable and they need new staff.

Internet says they close at 10 doors were shut at 9:40 the guy behind the glass said closed I said ok what time do you close he said 9:40 that’s a weird time to close if you close at 9:40 update your hours calling corporate in the am for clarification. And nobody seems to respond to any review very unprofessional.
