I went there on Jan 13, at 5am, a darker skinned woman with a hijab was behind the counter. I asked politely to use the bathroom because there was no other bathrooms nearby, I told her I'd leave and come back to buy something after the fact because I left my wallet in my car and was in a hurry. I went to use the bathroom then 2 minutes into me using it I heard loud banging on the door then a lady asking "are you okay?" What the hell kind of question is that? After I left the bathroom the lady behind the counter started yelling at me screaming for me to buy something. It was the most disrespectful disgusting service I've ever received. She is miserable and they need new staff.

Internet says they close at 10 doors were shut at 9:40 the guy behind the glass said closed I said ok what time do you close he said 9:40 that’s a weird time to close if you close at 9:40 update your hours calling corporate in the am for clarification. And nobody seems to respond to any review very unprofessional.

Ordered on the go, less ice for all three drinks and it seems liked they put more than a regular ice and my caramel craze latte that I asked for whip cream had none in it. You can’t even taste the caramel, you would have thought it was a regular iced latte if you didn’t see the tiny little bit of caramel on the bottom of the cup. I also ordered an avocado toast with bacon which had a few strips of bacon layered on top instead of sprinkled on top as the photo illustrated.

Food and drink were good. However the atmosphere was horrible. Worker was moping floors under the tables and chairs where customers were actually sitting...I was one of them So I trusive...invasive. at least wait till the customer is done with the table/chair to mop under it. Rude.

Horrible manager. Very nasty with customers. Everytime I come here, they screw up my order and if the manager gets in the way, she's nasty and demeans the customer. Defends new employee and blames me for not understanding her. Is only cinnamon raisin bagel with hot chocolate... What's so difficult to understand? Manager should be FIRED...

No working bathroom is not good , having said that employees can be a little more friendly . It can get busy very quickly. Coffee and food no problem just next time I'll just go grab my order and go .
