The ladies who work the morning crew are AMAZING. they work hard with the crazy rush of all of us trying to get our coffee, and always say hello with a smile and work to get you your order. They always make my coffee perfect and I order almost every morning and I just had to give them specifically a shout out!

Usually the service is well, but my last time there, the customer in front of me decided he wanted “extra napkins” and went to the men’s room while I paid for his coffee. So we sat down and sipped our coffee while Tom and Tom played their music for the audience. One customer requested “Blackbird” and apparently this gentleman was a food writer
/ Foodie, enthusiast. And to close out my disappointment he sang along to the music. Next time I’m going to sit in...

Ordered on the go, less ice for all three drinks and it seems liked they put more than a regular ice and my caramel craze latte that I asked for whip cream had none in it. You can’t even taste the caramel, you would have thought it was a regular iced latte if you didn’t see the tiny little bit of caramel on the bottom of the cup. I also ordered an avocado toast with bacon which had a few strips of bacon layered on top instead of sprinkled on top as the photo illustrated.
