The donuts were freshly baked, not dry or stale. Drinks were made as requested. Missed one item, but were nice enough to prepare when asked. No flies, however cleanliness in the seating area could have been better.

Honestly I was going to buy food here, but they locked the bathroom just because we were using it. Can’t even have human respect so I can’t imagine how they treat the food. I’m good

Stopped by for a donut, drink, and restroom. Place was clean, and staff at the time was friendly. Place looks very modern and slick, nice DD aesthetically. Idk how it is as a frequent customer.

Stopped into the DUNKIN’ at Clifton Plaza and immediately wished I hadn’t. Nothing says “appetizing” like walking in to see an employee barefoot on the counter, toes out, fiddling with a monitor directly above the register where people order food. Yes, you read that right — bare feet on the counter.
I don’t know what’s more shocking: the fact that this was happening in plain sight of customers, or that nobody working there thought, “hey, maybe feet and food don’t mix.” Either way, it tells you everything you need to know about how seriously they take cleanliness.
If you’re craving DUNKIN’, do yourself a favor — go literally anywhere else. Unless, of course, you’re into a side of foot fungus with your coffee.
I wish I was making this up. Walked into this Dunkin’ to buy donuts for my co-workers and saw an employee fixing the monitor behind the register with their bare feet on the counter. BARE. FEET. On the same surface where food and drinks are served. Absolutely revolting. I don’t know if they’re training for 'Cirque du Soleil' or just forgot what shoes are, but either way… nope. I will never unsee it, and I will definitely never be back.
This morning I visited this location and asked the staff if the matcha itself contained sugar, and they told me it didn’t. So I ordered a Matcha Latte without sugar, since I can’t consume sugar. However, the matcha turned out extremely sweet. It seems that even the employees don’t know that the matcha powder they use already contains sugar. I then asked them to please change it for a latte, and it seems out of spite they made it extremely watery. It was so bad that I had to throw it away and lose my money. Very upset.
It’s usually either great or horrible. They tend to mess up big orders. My family placed an order for three dragon fruit refreshers and two medium coffees, but they messed up all of the drinks -none of them were drinkable.
Today, I went inside and told the lady that I had ordered pumpkin, not mint, coffee. She grabbed my cup and just pumped pumpkin syrup into it. There wasn’t anyone else in the store when I arrived, but she was still rushing to complete the order instead of remaking my drink.

I was here with another person this afternoon. We were at a table eating. I think it is very rude that the cleaning lady swept the floor around us and even asked me to move to another table because she wanted to clean. I'm not coming back to this location!

I stop at this Dunkin’ on Route 46 in Clifton about three times a week for a bagel, and more often than not, they are stale and taste like they’ve been sitting out for way too long. I don’t have the time to turn around and complain because I’m on the road, but even if I did, what’s the point? They’d probably just offer me another stale bagel or my money back—neither of which helps when I need something fresh to eat. It’s frustrating to spend money on something that should be simple and fresh, but consistently isn’t. Definitely considering taking my business elsewhere.

This Dunkin is very friendly, accessible and convenient. It is spacious and I always see them cleaning which is nice. The servers are friendly and in particular one of the managers, Khem, is always extremely kind and super helpful! It is a high traffic area but they do their best to get people in and out and normally have a good amount of staff there to make it as quick as possible.

I don't know what standards Dunkin franchises are held to by corporate, but this is the second Dunkin I've been to this week that has watered down coffee. Your coffee isn't cheap, so why am I getting so much water for my dollar. They corrected my complaint with another cup of dark water with less sugar...
