I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue during my order. The staff member who took my order seemed to have difficulty understanding my requests, and I had to repeat my order multiple times, yet it was still incorrect.

This has not been the first time I've experienced communication challenges here, and I regret to say that it may impact my decision to return in the future.

I believe that offering customers the option to provide negative feedback, such as a rating system including negative stars, could help improve service quality moving forward

“I just came out of there, and I’ve never encountered such rude people. There was one younger person and one older person, both speaking loudly and rudely. They told me that the cake I ordered through the computer was out of stock. I asked if they could give me a different cake instead, but they kept insisting on giving me a donut. I told them I didn’t want it and requested a refund, but they said they couldn’t do that. I didn’t want to argue over $2, but due to their disrespectful attitude and lack of care, I insisted on getting my cake. They finally gave me a different cake. As I was leaving, the older person started yelling at other customers. Because of these two individuals, I’ll never come back to this Dunkin’ again. People working at brands like this should be selected properly.”

I’ve lost count of my messed up orders.
When I asked for no whipped cream, I was still charged for it. I actually saw the barista put on the whip and take it off.
When I once asked for a medium, I got a small.
When I once asked for a small, I got a medium.
And once when my friend was trying to order something, the barista was babbling on her phone as if the customer wasn’t her thing to deal with. And predictably, the order was messed up.
Another time I ordered an ice coffee and the barista barely mixed it so when I took a sip. I tasted god knows how much sugar. It was disgusting.

Wish I could leave a zero star review. One of the workers there, assuming hes a manager, lied and said their jelly doughnuts are 100% halal, if it wasnt for another worker letting me know that he's lying i would have purchased it. he then proceeded to be extremely unprofessional stating he cant say that the doughnuts are not halal. extremely rude

Unprofessional staff needs to work on customer service. Also have to wait on line you think that the staff is busy but they’re busy texting and having their conversations and focusing on the customers.
