First time here but I must say staff was very nice,I asked them to make sure the croissant was toasted,and it was as well as the hash browns,this was a very good visit for me and the place was clean,I commended the staff for such a great job and left a tip I think customer service is important and when I receive it,I appreciate it and say so!!!!

That khar over their took 30 min to make my drink then dropped it like this ng so clumsy and lwky they smell

Came at 3:30 and ordered five box of joes for 9pm. We bring the receipt and come at 9. Not a single box is ready. They just start making the coffee and it’s finally done after an hour. By the time the coffee came to the event, everyone had left already and it had to be thrown out. Came two days later to ask for a refund and they tell me I need to give them the boxes back. You guys didn’t have my order ready and expect me to come at the end of the night with these boxes and give them back to you? The store was technically closed by the time we got them. So I’m supposed to keep five boxes of coffee with me until the next day and make my way back out here and give it back to you. Very very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you couldn’t follow the time you could’ve just said that. Now I’m down $140 because you guys don’t know how to do business correctly.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The absolute worst dunkin in the area. My dad goes in to buy two cream cheese bagels. They say they don’t have plain bagels, so he later asks for his money back. They refuse, saying no and getting into an argument. All of this over less than $10, but I guess that’s how they are. They had a very nasty attitude and it shows. Not to mention that they also make your order wrong, and the service is terrible. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!

I literally ordered a vanilla iced coffee with liquid cane sugar, I was handed some blended drink with whipped cream, then another coffee with whipped cream, which I was charged for without being asked if I wanted it, and then the third time, when I finally got my coffee, it still didnt even have the liquid sugar.... Never coming here again.....

Customer service is horrible, I went few times with friends and family and the lady has always been rude to me and my friends, she has a huge attitude and problem with making the drink she also makes me feel like if she has something against me every time I buy from there, the elder guy also has a nasty attitude and always wants to do everything fast and has a very bad temper. They also take 15 minutes just to take your order they make you feel like your asking for a favor the drinks are horrible the coffee’s taste like milk and ice. Please do not come to this place you’re just wasting your money and time.

Terrible, they never add anything to your coffee, always just bland. Food can be undercooked.

I ordered an iced matcha latte and asked them to mix it properly because I don’t like it when the powder is clumpy. The woman who took and prepared my order at the counter was very rude. I was really upset. I order the same drink at other Dunkin’ locations and they always get it right without any issues. This location is really bad. Don’t come here.

One of the worst Dunkin locations in the area. If u order a specialty latte you have to watch them like a hawk as they make it because they will def miss an ingredient. They’ve been through quite a few managers over the years because they get sick of having to deal with employees who are either dumb or just don’t give a crap about their job. As they continue to increase prices, customer service decreases. There is another Dunkin a couple of blocks from there on main avenue that is managed much much better. Take your business there

I want to complain about the terrible service I got the other day. The lady working there took like 15 minutes to take my order because she was too busy trying to close up instead of helping me. I ordered an iced caramel latte and a mango pineapple refresher for my cousin, but what we got was awful. My drink was basically just caramel and milk with no coffee, and my cousin’s drink tasted and looked nothing like the usual pineapple mango refresher. I paid $9 for this, and I want my money back because it was seriously bad. I work at a coffee shop too, and even when I’m alone, I never ignore customers just to close up quickly. This was the worst service and drinks ever, and I want a refund.

The drinks come out fast, issue is lately they've been missing small things. For example, I order and they don't mix the drink (i can't mix it cause whip cream or cold foam would be ruined). They also don't do everything you list in the mobile order. The workers are very nice, but just slowly have been lazy doing the drinks. Also I ordered a drink with an add on that was a dollar extra and they didn't put it with the drink. When I asked she got surprised. Like it is extra, made my drink from 4 to 5 50, of course I want it. She ended up giving me the wrong add on and it went away so quickly. Iwould've given a 4, but my recent experience made it a 2 because of workers now being lazy to mix or fulfill all mobile order add ons, (I'm also noticing it's mainly new hires but older workers also haven't been mixing or adding the specifics)

Definitely the worst dunkin in the area from my experience. You got the “worker dont want to work here vibes” terrible attitude and messes up the order most of the time.
