Dunkin'

One of the worst Dunkin locations in the area. If u order a specialty latte you have to watch them like a hawk as they make it because they will def miss an ingredient. They’ve been through quite a few managers over the years because they get sick of having to deal with employees who are either dumb or just don’t give a crap about their job. As they continue to increase prices, customer service decreases. There is another Dunkin a couple of blocks from there on main avenue that is managed much much better. Take your business there

I want to complain about the terrible service I got the other day. The lady working there took like 15 minutes to take my order because she was too busy trying to close up instead of helping me. I ordered an iced caramel latte and a mango pineapple refresher for my cousin, but what we got was awful. My drink was basically just caramel and milk with no coffee, and my cousin’s drink tasted and looked nothing like the usual pineapple mango refresher. I paid $9 for this, and I want my money back because it was seriously bad. I work at a coffee shop too, and even when I’m alone, I never ignore customers just to close up quickly. This was the worst service and drinks ever, and I want a refund.

The drinks come out fast, issue is lately they've been missing small things. For example, I order and they don't mix the drink (i can't mix it cause whip cream or cold foam would be ruined). They also don't do everything you list in the mobile order. The workers are very nice, but just slowly have been lazy doing the drinks. Also I ordered a drink with an add on that was a dollar extra and they didn't put it with the drink. When I asked she got surprised. Like it is extra, made my drink from 4 to 5 50, of course I want it. She ended up giving me the wrong add on and it went away so quickly. Iwould've given a 4, but my recent experience made it a 2 because of workers now being lazy to mix or fulfill all mobile order add ons, (I'm also noticing it's mainly new hires but older workers also haven't been mixing or adding the specifics)

Definitely the worst dunkin in the area from my experience. You got the “worker dont want to work here vibes” terrible attitude and messes up the order most of the time.

the store runs very slow employees juss laughing and talking like all the customers aren’t there waiting for their orders, they gotta do better rlly slow store they don’t understand what you say and what you want in ur order

You have customers who act like they work at the Dunkin and they are out there bossing other customers around and embassaing others like how they embarrassed me. I was only combing my hair because I was heading to work after I got my Dunkin order Two baby boomer Muslim ladies called me out for combing my hair and called me out for throwing my hair on the floor and being dramatic, delusional and neurotic over a small thing that isn’t much of a big deal. There are worst things to dread about attacks, shootings, theft, robbery, severely rude and disrespectful customers, fires, etc, and they cry over me combing hair and a small piece of hair on the floor…… OMG. That’s cray cray mentality…..First off where else can I comb my hair when I’m on the run to work! Second yes it’s wrong to throw hair on the floor but don’t embarrass me like this. They don’t work there they need to mind their business and keep their mouth shut. Don’t they have some place to be instead of gossiping about other customers and belittling them? Please work on those customers who are bossy and do something about them. I know what I’m doing, I’m not a kid no more. I’m an adult. And so are these two ladies. I want to get my order in peace without two ladies being gossipy and judgemental and trying to be bossy. They are not in the place to call out on people like this. Please work on creating a comfortable environment for other customers and for customers to treat other customers with respect instead of soliciting around acting like a bunch of high schoolers.

Trash customer service.. that old Indian lady did not take my order correctly and when I asked her to give me the right thing, she got mad, I don’t recommend this branch

I like to treat myself to my favorite donut every so often, It's one thing that the donuts have shrunk, but, their the prices keep going up..$1.70 for a donut? Sad!!

Because they are lazy, the employees follow your instructions however they please.They perform their tasks improperly.I've already come five times, and every single time, the service was awful.A single slice ofcheese was placed on a grilled cheese with a bacon and without any bacon. bacon. Go to another Dunkin' Donuts instead of wastingyour money here. There's other dunkins that do their job, 10 times better literally around the corner.

Burnt my bagel didn’t make my order the right way got my order wrong so slow all they do is talk and not work and after 15 minutes of waiting for my order to come out they ask me what I’m waiting for then I told them then they rush it my cold brew is so spicy when I specifically asked for cream and sugar in it and I got a cookie butter cold brew they gave me a normal cold brew that tastes horrible will not be going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts horrible experience I do not recommend.
