Dunkin'

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at Dunkin'.

First, we ordered a Strawberry Chocolate Daydream Refresher, but it was made incorrectly with vanilla cold foam instead of chocolate. The drink did not match what was advertised or ordered.

Second, the employee assisting us was extremely rude. While we were waiting for our order, we politely allowed other customers behind us to go ahead. Despite this, the employee raised her voice at us and blamed us for holding up the line, which was both unfair and unprofessional.

Additionally, one of my friends paid in coins. Although the employee initially agreed, she showed a very negative attitude while counting. She repeatedly miscounted the money, each time giving a different amount that was supposedly missing (first dollars, then cents). This went on multiple times, creating confusion and unnecessary frustration.

Finally, after returning home, my friend found a hair inside her donut. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety.

Overall, this experience was unacceptable. We felt disrespected as customers, and the hygiene issue was especially concerning. We hope this situation is addressed, and we would appreciate compensation such as a refund or voucher.

We arrived at 8:39 PM, and he told us they were closing at 8:40 PM and refused to take our order. He was also very rude. However, as we were leaving, we saw on the door that the closing time was listed as 9:00 PM

One of the worst Dunkin’s in the area. Rude staff, dirty counters and tables and long waits even with only two people waiting on line. I’ve been coming here for years because of its convenient location but I’ll take the extra drive and head to the Dunkin on route 46.

Today I ordered my usual iced coffee with 2 cream and the young lady behind the counter who was very polite, makes it, shakes it and forgot to tighten the top so coffee pours all over the sides of the cup and she just hands it to me and I have to ask her to clean it. Btw you’ll never get a thank you or a you’re welcome here, no matter how many times u the customer may say it. Go somewhere else !!!

One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. The bagels are hard as a rock! The coffee and donuts are very poorly made. This place needs to shutdown!

They get my order wrong and instead of remaking it they add chocolate on it. I hated it so much and it’s ruined my drink

absolutely astronomically disrespectful. the staff makes you feel bad for getting coffee at a coffee shop, like WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO?? MOP THE FLOORS FOR YOU??

The employees are so disrespectful they treat you like you’re wrong for wanting coffee like why are you mad that you work there then go find a job somewhere else. NEVER go there genuinely it’s worth a couple more miles to go to another dunkin. The coffee is horrible the bagels are horrible everything is bad even the vibes.

First time here but I must say staff was very nice,I asked them to make sure the croissant was toasted,and it was as well as the hash browns,this was a very good visit for me and the place was clean,I commended the staff for such a great job and left a tip I think customer service is important and when I receive it,I appreciate it and say so!!!!

That khar over their took 30 min to make my drink then dropped it like this ng so clumsy and lwky they smell

Came at 3:30 and ordered five box of joes for 9pm. We bring the receipt and come at 9. Not a single box is ready. They just start making the coffee and it’s finally done after an hour. By the time the coffee came to the event, everyone had left already and it had to be thrown out. Came two days later to ask for a refund and they tell me I need to give them the boxes back. You guys didn’t have my order ready and expect me to come at the end of the night with these boxes and give them back to you? The store was technically closed by the time we got them. So I’m supposed to keep five boxes of coffee with me until the next day and make my way back out here and give it back to you. Very very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you couldn’t follow the time you could’ve just said that. Now I’m down $140 because you guys don’t know how to do business correctly.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The absolute worst dunkin in the area. My dad goes in to buy two cream cheese bagels. They say they don’t have plain bagels, so he later asks for his money back. They refuse, saying no and getting into an argument. All of this over less than $10, but I guess that’s how they are. They had a very nasty attitude and it shows. Not to mention that they also make your order wrong, and the service is terrible. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!
