Because they are lazy, the employees follow your instructions however they please.They perform their tasks improperly.I've already come five times, and every single time, the service was awful.A single slice ofcheese was placed on a grilled cheese with a bacon and without any bacon. bacon. Go to another Dunkin' Donuts instead of wastingyour money here. There's other dunkins that do their job, 10 times better literally around the corner.

Burnt my bagel didn’t make my order the right way got my order wrong so slow all they do is talk and not work and after 15 minutes of waiting for my order to come out they ask me what I’m waiting for then I told them then they rush it my cold brew is so spicy when I specifically asked for cream and sugar in it and I got a cookie butter cold brew they gave me a normal cold brew that tastes horrible will not be going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts horrible experience I do not recommend.

I've been coming to this location for years but that changes today. I ordered the loaded hash browns and found a bug in it. Also the wait time is crazy, they had like 5 people working but all they were doing was talking to each other and doing nothing. Seems like when they got new workers everything changed there.

I've been going to Dunkin Donuts for over 15 years I happened to go to this one for the first time I ordered a iced coffee large and they charged me $5.11 what a rip-off every other Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to didn't charge me no more than 450

Too much to say, THIS PLACE WAS GOOD I've been coming this place for years, my home is a block away, service has decreased A LOT!! "FROM 5 TO O" New employers DON'T CARE, few times waiting at the line, their friends coming they put me on hold, they come in front of me, pay for it get service and go, what about me? And BE CAREFUL, WHEN THEY ASK TO PUT YOUR CARD AGAIN IT DIDN'T WORK OR TRY OTHER CARD, CHECK FOR DOUBLE CHARGE. IF U SAY SOMETHING OR COMPLAIN FOR THEIR MISTAKE, FORGET IT, U'R BLACKLISTED.

The worst Dunkin’ I went ever the people are working there not organized the service sooo bad too many workers but too slow, today I made phone order before 15 m and when I arrived nothing is ready and when finally I got my brew all what I got is no flavor same as water I don’t know what to say more but this higher my Anxiety ?

It shouldn't take 5 minutes to order 3 bagels and 2 coffees. Then ti get the wrong order and have to come back. This is the second time it happens. They need people that at least understand English or the order. I will not come to this location again. I rather drive and extra 10 minutes (same time ot took to get my order correct) and go to the Valley Rd. location
