It’s 3:46 PM and I just went into Dunkin’ Donuts to use my app to try to get a free coffee. The cashier was so disrespectful and didn’t even scan my phone people sleeping in the waiting room. Trash is full no donuts.

The owner of this place is a goober. He didn't put enough milk in my coffee so it was hotter than I was used to and I burned my tongue. Then he didn't put the lid on the coffee cup correctly so the coffee spilled and burnt my leg.Got a blister , will probably leave a scar.

Don’t recommend this location. Two male workers refuse to fill my drink up when they see my name on mobile order purposely. I changed my drink order that included sweet cold foam to no sweet cold foam and they still purposely never fill my cup up.

One of the better Dunkins in Passaic, but for some reason, NONE of the Dunkin Donuts in Passaic know the difference between “sweet cold foam” & whipped cream… Not sure if it’s being included in their training since I guess it’s not too commonly requested in the area..But if you’re looking for an authentic “Charli Cold Foam” (which is delicious), make sure to not order it anywhere in Passaic.Also, this probably goes without saying, but if you want an authentic croissant, don’t get it from a chain like Dunkin’-unless you like the taste of plastic, preservatives, & oil :)

The Lady Manager and 3 others are great the rest is useless especially the night and the weekends shifts CREWEven if you order ahead you still wait for your order sone are very rude disrespectful and lazy just passing time customers don’t mean anything to them and don’t care about the companyOrders and coffee hardly made rightAnd if you complain or want to fix your order they go off on youAt one point some new guy worked there pretend he’s the mgr had an altercation with me verbally and physically to the point he said for me to get the F out his store for simply asked to fix my horrible cappuccinoHe wanted to force me to order latteWhich I resent he was very unprofessional and nasty worker he thinks he’s in the street and act like a tough guy I made a formal complaint to the company I will follow through to make sure the correct and get red of this shmuckI can’t trust them with my orders any more .
