Don’t recommend this location. Two male workers refuse to fill my drink up when they see my name on mobile order purposely. I changed my drink order that included sweet cold foam to no sweet cold foam and they still purposely never fill my cup up.

One of the better Dunkins in Passaic, but for some reason, NONE of the Dunkin Donuts in Passaic know the difference between “sweet cold foam” & whipped cream… Not sure if it’s being included in their training since I guess it’s not too commonly requested in the area..But if you’re looking for an authentic “Charli Cold Foam” (which is delicious), make sure to not order it anywhere in Passaic.Also, this probably goes without saying, but if you want an authentic croissant, don’t get it from a chain like Dunkin’-unless you like the taste of plastic, preservatives, & oil :)

I have been buying from this location for the past 6 years every single day, same order 5 extra large coffees with steamed cream. After six years the new manager claims that they can’t steam the cream because the machine is going to break down. I really hope the manager and owner see this review. Coming from a business owner this is not how business is done.-You know who we are

I bought few donuts the other day and the girl name Jaimee is very nice and respectful. She is attentive to costumers like ma. I think she is a new member of the crew because its my first time to see her. I go to that store once in a while and its my first time to see her there and she is very polite. So i thought of writting a good review about here. Good job Dunkin Donut for hiring this kind of person. You need more of her..... GOODLUCK!!!

This place is always closing an hour ahead. I got here around 8 and the place was already closed was very disappointed considering the hours on the door state open till 9. They should adjust the hours so people won’t get confused
