12/16/25 ~ My husband was in the area so he stopped in to purchase coffee cake & muffins. The coffee cake was hard as a rock!!! I had to struggle with a sharp knife to cut it. Once I took a bite it was bland, no taste at all. We tossed them in the trash. The muffin tops were also hard but the bottoms were soft. I immediately called the bakery, no one answers & the voice mail is full. I tried a few more times within the hour & same thing. We will never step foot inside Francesca’s again. I don’t know how they received 5 stars, but they were from only 2 reviews. Consumer Affairs should make a visit.

This bakery is a gem, tried their cappuccino almond croissant, alfajor and the blueberry crumble muffin and they were all exceptional. Need to come back to try their carrot cake that looked so yummy and tempting. Staff was great and made me feel welcomed during mi visit. They offer seats in the outside where you can sit, relax and enjoy of your food. You can also buy raw honey, dulce de leche, cakes, cookies among others. I strongly recommend this place!

First time i walk into this bakery, was hoping for better.. $6.80 iced caramel latte was tasteless and very watered down. I asked if they had cold foam and the girl in the front looked at me like I was crazy lol. I don’t know what was at the bottom of the cup but it did not look clean. If those are coffee grounds from an expresso machine then it’s indicative of a DIRTY portafilter.. I got disgusted at the sight and had to throw it out.

The pastries are always amazing and the service has always been great until today. I tried ordering ahead from the website which took me to doordash. Once in doordash it showed that the business was closed. I knew that was impossible so I headed over there and when I got there I pointed out what doordash was reporting and I only did it just to make them aware I don't know it might cost them business. The girl that was there which appears to be family basically jumped down my throat saying that's not our fault and continued giving me an attitude from that point on. This is a wonderful business that has been around for many years and it was very surprised.

Passed here while picking up some food and had to stop in and JUST BROWSE. Well we all know that didn’t happen. Moment of walking in smelled amazing. Everything looked fresh. I couldn’t go home empty handed. Bought spinach and cheese empanada,black and white cookie and a few apple things. Fresh and amazing…. The pastries are very stale and the coffee gave me bad diarrhea. Absolutely wrecked my stomach. Would not recommend. Plenty of shops nearby.
I never leave reviews but I just ate the BEST Old Fashion Jelly Donut in my life. And I’ve had a few really exceptional jelly donuts in my day.

I ordered some quiche from Francesca's and picked it up for a school staff breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and not a crumb was left! When picking up, an employee named Jen went above and beyond and even warmed it up for me super quick when I wasn't sure I had enough time. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely return.
