The person answering the phone is rude hung on me a then when the food was delivered didn’t even want to get out the car as their blowing the horn. To then open my food with a dead fly in it. I will never order from them again an I advise everyone else not too. Dated June 21,2024

Unfortunately being new to Clifton this place is the most local Chinese take out spot to our home so naturally we wanted to give it a try. We ordered here a total of 3 times and each time the food just wasn’t good. The first time we ordered general Tao’s chicken and beef and broccoli and it didn’t taste fresh it tasted old and rubbery and the sauce was just overwhelming. 2nd time opted for the boneless ribs and sesame chicken and again the ribs tasted old and rubbery and the sauce for the chicken was overwhelming… finally decided to stop in for some fried dumplings I figured it’s incredibly straight forward and I have rarely ever had a bad experience with this anywhere else I consider it a safe bet. Well 1 they didn’t give me the dipping sauce with the order for home to find no dipping sauce which is incredibly disappointing but 2 the dumplings were burned on the bottom and you can taste the grime from the pan like they burned other food on it and didn’t clean it. Totally grossed out the rest went in the trash. This is the last time I eat there. Also while waiting for the food the restaurant itself has a strange smell. This place could easily clean up its act to 3 stars starting with a deep cleaning and a face lift. If they aren’t willing to put money into their place to look nice smell nice and clean their pots and pans why are we spending our hard earned money to support them?

WORST FOOD EVER! Found HAIR on my food and my husband did find hair in his too. The vegetable fried rice had a gooey texture, not fresh vegetables. ?
The person who came to make the delivery for this place basically tried to open our door without knocking or ringing the doorbell... Even if the food is amazing I wouldn't order from them again!!!

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i ordered a delivery and it took an hour to arrive. when i called to address how long it was taking, i received nothing but hostility. i winded up cancelling my order and they told me i was no longer allowed to order there. they hung up on me the last time i called to see when i would be getting my refund. their food is good but the costumer service is deplorable. no food industry should be talking to their costumers the way these people did to me. i was yelled at and interrupted just for trying to figure out what the deal was with my order
