The minute people start finding out about this place, it'll start getting packed. The menu is SO good -- the name of the place sounds like a pub because they bought out the bar and kept the name. The modern renovations look great while still keeping some of the character of the old place. Their menu has everything from great pastas to steak, fish, etc. Even their salads were super good (we had the wedge with avocado). Definitely get the whipped ricotta app!
Jakub our server had a great vibe and helped with recommendations. We didn't get to try the seasonal cocktails but definitely will next time. Good portions and little details in all the dishes made things extra tasty (fries were my favorite kind, bread in everything was fresh, burger was extra juicy, the honey in the whipped ricotta was perfect, etc).

My wife and I went New Year’s Eve to the updated grand saloon. Definitely really nice inside, definitely a game changer. The waiter that took care of us his name is SAL. Super polite and funny. Super positive energy and chill. I ordered a skirt steak and my wife ordered a quinoa salad with a Salmon on the side also some union rings and sweet potatoes fries as well and for dessert I have this brownie Sunday. All I can say is holy crap the food was delicious,had really great taste, was cook to perfection. They are definitely getting 2 thumbs up from my wife and I. We will definitely be returning customers.

We had my brother-in-law’s repass today at the Grand Saloon. I can’t say enough about how great they were. Carlos and Chris were amazing to work with to help give the family and friends a wonderful experience. The food was top notch and bartender Sean was on point. I highly recommend this place for dinner and events! The room downstairs is perfect! Thank you!

I've been a few times already. What disappoints me is that the quality of the food is not consistent. I've ordered the same food and it's always different. Last time I ordered take out came home and my pasta tasted like fish it was disgusting not sure exactly what happened it grossed me out enough to throw it out. I rather the kitchen staff take they're time then rush.

First time there. Our server was great. Food was pretty good. My husband had the onion soup and rib eye sandwich which he enjoyed. I had wedge salad which was huge and good (I took half home) and short rib grilled cheese which was tasty but too much arugula and not enough meat. We wanted a leisurely dinner and asked our server to put in our appetizer order first and we would order dinner after we got our appetizers. She said, "they don't really like for us to do that, but I'll do it for you." I kinda thought that we are the customers and we should be able to order at our own pace. I have been to too many restaurants where your entree comes out before you've finished your appetizer. I will definitely go back again to give it another try but they really have to up their game on the "wines by the glass" list. They only offer Barefoot wines by the glass. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigiot and had to send it back. It was undrinkable; foamy and bubbly. They need to offer some premium wines by the glass. They upscaled the menu, they need to upscale the wines.

I hosted my boyfriend’s birthday here with 20 friends without any notice to Grand Saloon and they were able to accommodate us without any problem. Service and attitude of the staff was outstanding. Food was delicious and I would recommend their custom cocktails. The newly re-opened Grand Saloon is a great neighborhood spot.
