This isn’t the closest spot to me, but the times I come, quick service and great tasting food. I also want to highlight that I did not realize the time and I wanted something for the grill but they were already too late. The worker was really nice and offered to make me a sandwich anyway, and they turned the grill back on for me. Greatly appreciated

Food isn't bad but I don't recommend calling to place an order because you'll be stuck in a long ass line while you watch your food get cold. Have a pick up aisle, or section for pick up. Cause why am I paying for cold food..

Food great.. service is great..variety is awesome. Sucks that they don't deliver for catering service. My office normally orders bagels in the morning but our main bagel shop is now closed so looked for an alternative. Wanted to cater from here since the food is great but they do not deliver.

Now I realize why I haven't been to this bagel shop in years! Just awful. Cream cheese was sour, the bagels were like a loaf of doughy bread with absolutely no taste! Coffee was bland although it was at least hot. (Thanks so much for that btw!) Guess the prices need to be over the top because the customers certainly aren't lined up outside the door waiting to buy sour cream cheese on a loaf of tasteless bread.
