Worst IHOP in existence! Witnessed the management mistreatment of their staff! This place is losing more and more hardworking workers because they talk down to their employees who serve and host! This place should be closed down for good! Very unprofessional including the owner! I will never eat at this establishment ever again! Tip: if you want a well ran restaurant treat your workers with a little more respect! How dare you treat them like trash! You should be a professional example not a douchebag in front of or around customers! Do Better!

Food was unsatisfactory, even smaller than when we went 2 months ago, and pricier. Food was burnt and not fully cooked. Service was awful.

Staff was nice. Place was empty at dinner time. My son had a hair in his food. When it was returned to the kitchen, I heard someone say, "Ewwww." Food took longer than expected being we were the only ones there. I'm a regular IHOP customer (Fair Lawn, Edison, Ramsey, Hasbrouck Heights) but this was probably the worse one.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp, but doors are hard to manage.

So the young lady that helped us was really sweet unfortunately she never came back to the table unless we went and found her to get condiments, refills and order additional items. They were playing video games right in the front of the store ?
