But, the fact that there is minimal clientele, the waiters get lost in conversations, sitting and lost in their cell phones... Took my son here for breakfast before his baseball game. I thought we’d be waiting but we were seated immediately. We got our food fairly quickly, however our drinks came out later. Not a big deal, but next time I’m going to reiterate getting drinks, especially coffee right away.

Getting hungry.We decided to go to a place which has a variety of different options to choose from. Since we’ve been to so many ihop locations. We knew exactly what we wanted to eat. I came here on a Sunday morning and despite it being a 10-15 minute wait I did not mind because they were calling tables left and right to sit down!! When we got to our table the waiter was very attentive to us. I would dine here again!!! The pancakes were so fresh ? ? ?
