We used to enjoy the freshness of the bread,now the last 3 times it has been stale! The turkey is not the same. Is it still Boars Head? Check their bread to see if fresh.its hard on the ends.very disappointed. It was not like this when they opened.

Usually a busy establishment when I go, so make sure to order way ahead or you will wait. I just went there today(Jan/2) and the workers were kind of lackadaisical and dgaf. Kinda made me angry, next time I want JMike’s will be driving 5 minutes further to a different location.

I ordered an Uber Eats order from Jersey Mikes and the delivery man delivered a Starbucks order. I tried calling the delivery guy back and his phone was out of service. I called Jersey Mikes at the location I ordered from and spoke to Simone. She replaced my order and found a driver to deliver my original order. She went above and beyond to help me and this location should be honored to work with her. I want to Thank You myself Simone for getting my original order delivered to me and you deserve a huge shut out of going above to make customers satisfied. Thank you Simone.

The gentleman who helped my MIL and I went above and beyond with his customer service. He took the time to walk us through the sizing of the bread, flavors, etc. You can tell the gentleman enjoyed his job, as he “crafted a work of art” per sandwich. The other 2 ladies working, were just as amazing. We rngaged in a delightful conversation, and even had the pleasure to meet a regular who drives from far away to this EXACT location as others did not meet the standard. I will be making this my “go-to” location, and I hope to be able to have the pleasure of being served by this lovely team. 10/10 all around

Great food, I got the classic Philly cheesesteak. Simone was really a good manager. After the cashier didn’t ask if I had a reward phone number, I asked her if I could call corporate to reinstate my points from today’s purchase and she said yes. Manager Simone overheard that and jumped right into the conversation and showed the cashier how to tap buttons to give me the points I earned. Kudos to Simone!

Consistently late on online orders. Will go out of my way to visit another location from now on. The lady there also doesn’t know how to call out names. I’m clearing waiting and she puts my order back on the shelf. If I wasn’t paying attention I would’ve waited longer than the 30 minutes I already waited for 1 sub. Not to mention the store was not busy.
