Visited Jersey Mike’s in Clifton on September 19, 2025 at 4:00 PM and had such a great experience! The staff was awesome — they followed my instructions perfectly and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. I really appreciate the care and attention they put into their work. The way my sandwich was prepared and presented was a 10/10 for customer service. I’ll definitely be a returning customer, and I truly hope the staff gets the recognition they deserve — a promotion and raise would be well earned! Thank you for making my day.

Came here for the first time today and ordered two sandwiches this afternoon experienced a very rude employee which made the whole experience there truly unpleasant and the food distasteful truly made me regret spending a single cent at this establishment. Darker skinned lady seemed to be acting as the manager or lead . The goal should be to provide the greatest customer experience and never be rude and mumbling to other employees about a customer all because they wanted to reassure they got what was already paid for. I do not live to far from this Clifton location but from here on out I’d rather drive 200 miles to another location then to ever let myself or any of my family members spend another dime here. If I knew how to contact the owner or district manager . Truly disappointed

Just got the new chicken salad... It's tasty but come on guys... It's not a spread...it's a salad!!! You can give a little more... It looks like they smeared it on like cream cheese.... So disappointed with this sandie...
I walked in and took my time to look at the menu today. Christmas music was playing and the three girls there were very nice and welcoming. Didn’t feel rushed or forgotten about. The sub was pretty good too.

I visited the Clifton store on November 2nd around 3 pm and all I can say is wow. Only a few workers but they worked so well in Unison getting all costumers in and out within a few minutes. Will be coming back again.

Great experience. I usually make my offer online and pickup, but today I decided to walk in and place my order. I ordered 4 different sandwiches. The lady who took my order was the one who also made my sandwiches. She was very quick, made all the sandwiches at the same time, and did not mess up any of them! She was one step ahead of me... While I'm waiting for her to finish one step, she was already asking me about the toppings! Great job!
