Usually a busy establishment when I go, so make sure to order way ahead or you will wait. I just went there today(Jan/2) and the workers were kind of lackadaisical and dgaf. Kinda made me angry, next time I want JMike’s will be driving 5 minutes further to a different location.
I ordered an Uber Eats order from Jersey Mikes and the delivery man delivered a Starbucks order. I tried calling the delivery guy back and his phone was out of service. I called Jersey Mikes at the location I ordered from and spoke to Simone. She replaced my order and found a driver to deliver my original order. The gentleman who helped my MIL and I went above and beyond with his customer service. He took the time to walk us through the sizing of the bread, flavors, etc. You can tell the gentleman enjoyed his job, as he “crafted a work of art” per sandwich. The other 2 ladies working, were just as amazing.
