All dishes were described as very good by all attendees. I shared the crab jumbo bucket in raging Cajun sauce all was good except unfortunately the king and queen crab which was a bit fishy but all others were very good. Been awhile since been to Joe's so this was a pleasant reminder of a good seafood meal.

Food was prepared well and arrived hot. The fried fish & shrimp was nice and crispy but the fish had a fishy aftertaste. This was not true of the shrimp, fries or hush puppies. Our server was great!!

The service was amazing ! She saved the review ! She was approachable, knowledgeable, and over all happy. She checked on us and asked all the questions to ensure we were okay. She saved the experience.Other wise idk what happened w the level of food. It was “alright” and that’s sad because this was one of my favorites. My crab had tasted like water, the sauce I requested has tasted like water. . . People work hard for the money they earn and make a choice to spend it in selective places. Very disappointed on my meal , won’t be going back.

Kid-friendliness: It was good for us. They provided a coloring sheet and crayons for our little one.
Terrible service the staff must be smoking the green leaf. Their concept of time is unbelievable. I see why it was empty, used to be busy. Took us 2 1/2 hours for a meal. Any time you ask for something they will bring 30 minutes later. Don't go. stay

I've been here so many times and have had good service but on father's day(mid day), I had THEEEE BEST TIME EVER! It's been a few weeks since so I forgot their names but our server was I think Alice (young white girl with glasses) and she was phenomenal. Super friendly, genuine, caring, attentive, fast, funny, and very knowledgeable. I was surprised to hear that she was a new hire because boy she killed it. I spoke with the manager and she was also super friendly and genuine. She told me how she had hired our server on the spot. Boy did she pick a good one for yall. HEAR THIS CORPORATE! IM LOOKING AT YOU!! LETS HOOK THEM UP! Extra PAID day off, bigger better section, something. The quality of the service industry has declined since 2020 (understandably so) so it was a pleasant surprise to have had the privilege of being sat in her section. Definitely going back for my crab dip and "Alice".

Very nice place. I loved the decoration and the atmosphere.Service was above and beyond and the food was outstanding.Lindsey was an amazing server. She accommodated all my requests regarding my allergies without hesitation. Also, she anticipated all my needs as if she could read my mind.Brianna and Shelsi (the bartenders) were very friendly, welcoming and made me a delicious cocktail that came with a souvenir cocktail shaker that I could take home.Manager came to the table to check if everything was good. I said everything was amazing.For my meal, I had a King Crab bucket with corn, potatoes and added snow crab. Everything was really delicious. It was so good that not even dogs eat (because there was nothing left).Overall, I'm very satisfied with the food, the service, the drinks, and the restroom which was very clean.I will definitely be coming back for more.

Keep in mind we went Saturday around 3:00 pm. We have been there later in the evening and yes, you will wait awhile..but at 3:00 we were quickly seated and our server was attentive and helpful. Our appetizer and drinks came out quickly and were delicious Our steam pot was on point and enough for two. We suggest anything we Snow Crabs.

One of my worst experience dining out.. The drink glass was spotty and looked dirty. Didn't even tried the drink which didn't look right. Although the restaurant was busy it took over 45 minutes for 1 meal to come out. Decided to not eat there but packed up the meal. The meal was not worth the $ spent. Will Never dine there Ever Again.

First time trying this place,I sat myself at the bar and place a to go order while I have a glass a wine that shellsea served me I waited there she also took my complete order.My order arrive and when I took it home I discovered two items were missing.I called and complained and no manager was able to speak with me instead a team member ran back and forth to relate my complaints while he put me hold.Truly unprofessional as the manager needed to speak with as well as to establish some kind of apology.None was givenI would like a refund of the items I didnt received.I will keep a track. Also speak with the Bartender to take orders properly and to place the orders properly as well........The food is good but just that bit of issue that was not addressed by the manager made the food terrible.

Kids food is garbage. IDK if they don't clean their fryer or what, but my son's food was bad. Service sucked. Ordered food for kid right away with our drinks, but got it about 15 minutes after ours.
