I walked in today at 7:04 p.m. and where I expected to be greeted at least with a fake smile there was none. Stood there for about 5 mins waiting. One of the staff members was cleaning then looked up at me and ask me if I was ready. One thing about handling food, if the energy is not there I won’t bother spending my money. It’s a nice atmosphere but the service not so much.

The worker there was chatting with these two girls while orders were pilling up and myself and another were waiting for our online orders. My salad was missing its bread, the bag itself since it was to go order, and was super light on its toppings. For the price I expect better. The other locations are great but this location sucks. Go to the others. Last time I come to this particular location.

The women that swrve you there are horrible.absolutely rude talking aboit peoppe in spanish when i said something they didnt know whatcto say. My second time being there and the first time was exactly the same. Beyond rude manager really needs to reevaluate staff. Ordered tonight and 18 dollar meal was barely worth ten

Customer service CLEARLY lacks at this location. Once I paid, the Hispanic lady didn’t hand me my food like a normal person would . She left it there and said “have a good day”. Yall need to be more polite to customers.
I got such good service from Ingrid and Angelo, I love this location and they are so kind. They are fast and very helpful with recommendations. They made my experience very joyful and im grateful for them too. Id always come back
