July 2019 I became a client. Carlos is the best hands down. Cakes are so beautiful and taste really good. He made my wedding cake in 2019. Every year after that he made our anniversary cake. I now live an hour away and without a doubt will travel for his cakes. I will forever be a client of his. He’s so polite and generous. I went here since I was a kid. The old guy and his wife in the 80's were so nice. They would wait for school to get out at school 11 and ask me how much I had in change. If I had 25 or 50 cents they would give me a bag of the day old jelly crumb cake. And we would stuff our faces.

I always order my cakes from Carlos the owner and he never disappoints. He made my 50th birthday cake on 6/1 and it exceeded my expectations! The cake was delicious and it looked absolutely beautiful. He also made my Husbands 50th cake last year and it was on point, all the added touches and attention to detail were better than I imagined. He also made cannolis and mini cheesecakes the same day to accommodate me on short notice. Thank you Carlos and his Staff for capturing my vision and going above and beyond!

Well I went inside this bakery yesterday it look nice but thoses benches chairs and the long table should be remove because that's not a bar place where you sit around and this bakery should be own by the family generation of the Columbia people not be own by the Mexicans people this bakery has a Columbia flag on the front this bakery should be own by the columbias family generation and there's this Mexican girl she thinks she is all that but she shouldn't work there, this Columbia bakery is own by them so this barkey should be own by the columbias and the columbias people should buy this barkey and the lady manager should retired and also the guy mike should retired because we need better columbias workers that could speak better English and Spanish and we need less workers to make cake and design them as well and the Atmosphere we need the shelves to be clean and the floor should be mop and clean and the Mexican people shouldn't own this barkey this barkey should be brought by the columbias people and there family generation only and it will be beautiful because they have columbias food on one side and columbias coffee on the other but we need better columbias mangers and this barkey need a big change by the columbias people and it should be call the Columbia Family Barkey and remove the old sign and make the windows more better.

When I walked ?♀️ in, the employees just stared at me. They are weird ? even the owner/manager didn't greet me, just looking. And the food wasn't even that tasty or fresh. I'm not a hater, but this place sucks.

I ordered a cake for a special occasion, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The cake looked nothing like the picture I was shown – it was poorly decorated and completely unappealing. On top of that, the flavor was completely off and did not match what I had ordered.
When I went back to the store to explain the issues, the staff showed no interest in resolving the problem. They were dismissive and didn’t offer any solution or compensation. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality cakes or decent service.

If I could give this bakery less than one star I would. Extremely disappointed in not just the quality of my order, but in the customer service (or lack thereof) at this establishment. I requested the baker to create a cake for my milestone birthday based off a photo I sent to them in advance; instead of telling me they couldn’t do the design I sent them they “attempted” to make the cake which for lack of better words— looked a hot mess. When I went to the bakery to try and correct this huge issue, the baker never showed up to the bakery and the team stopped responding to my calls about this. Huge disappointment– would avoid this place at all cost!
