The Morcilla was excellent. I’d only had Irish Blood Sausage before, and this compares to the texture but the flavor is completely different. I’d highly recommend trying it out!
The Patacon had a lot of different flavors going on that all worked well together. The pineapple mayo and pink sauce really stood out well and complimented the steak. I’m not sure what type of cheese was used, but it was fantastic. Very mild but rounded out of the other flavors nicely.

The Baking Journey
I have to start by saying I really enjoy the food here. The atmosphere is a very inviting and the employees are pleasant. What I am disappointed in is something that I cannot wrap my head around. I normally order one empanada in addition to my other items. With that 1 empanada you get 1free sauce however today I decided to order 2 empanadas, 1 for myself and 1 for another person. I was only given one pink sauce and when I asked for another pink sauce for the second empanada, I was told I’d have to pay for it. I explained I ordered 2 empanadas and not 1 and she reiterated I’d still have to pay for it. Although this made no sense to me, “I said OK how much” and I was told $1.50. $1.50 for a 1oz small plastic container that is only filled 1/2 way with this sauce Seems quite absurd. So I’m wondering if I placed 2 separate orders would I get 2 pink sauces or would I have still had to pay $1.50 for it? Either way, based on this premise I will just continue to order 1 and sadly the business will lose out on any additional orders or I’ll just find another Business to support.

THEY SUCK! THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. They don't listen to what u order. The lady there took my order, stared at me to the point i thought she was calling me to say order ready. hot chocolate and a tamale. 25 min later they hot chocolate is ready but never heard my order for tamale. 25 min for a chocolate? then shrugged her shoulder like oh well. I asked how much and she said 5. I gave her a 10. she gives me back 4. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN
The place is super nice but the staff and the food have nothing to do with it, I ordered a picadera and the meat will only be very cold and almost raw fat.

If I could leave a review of less than one star I would. I just went for an orange juice which I thought was too expensive for the size, $8. I'm in front of the juice machine where the boxes are and I see that they serve other people except me. I ask them if I can order a juice. You have to wait in line somewhere else and they tell me that I should wait in line at the entrance, I tell them that they should inform me so I'm not waiting there without being attended to and 3 of them tell me in chorus "well, there's the sign." The lack of courtesy in this place is terrible. If they see me there they could have at least asked if I had already been served or directed me to the line to be served. Unfortunately I WILL NOT RETURN to this place

I've been coming here since 2005. I must say since the owners nephew came, he's kicked-up the menu and decor. The food was always good but the nephew made some great changes. I love the breakfast here! The servers Ana and Madelyn are very polite, friendly and always have a great attitude. I was surprised the other day when I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a cake and sparkling candle!!🕯 The food is always delicious!
