I've been coming here since 2005. I must say since the owners nephew came, he's kicked-up the menu and decor. The food was always good but the nephew made some great changes. I love the breakfast here! The servers Ana and Madelyn are very polite, friendly and always have a great attitude. I was surprised the other day when I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a cake and sparkling candle!!🕯

Great seasoning and flavorful food. My favorite dish was the patacon, however, they recently changed the plate. Rather than two sides of plantain as per standard patacon, it is now only one side. It used to taste great, but no longer as good as before, hopefully management brings it back to how it was or reconsiders renaming it as a toast! Here is the before and after picture! Service can definitely improve, waitress forgot my order.

I used to take the ride to get fried and baked goods, but recently they have gotten bad. The empanadas are small and their contents are not tasty. My old favorite was cheese carimañolas. I just bought some and they are cheating on the recipe, it has do much flour in the mix not Yuka like before and the cheese is a mix of 2 and 1 doesn't melt. So disappointing because they charge pricey enough to provide good quality.
