When I first started coming here food and service was pretty good but the last few times it has lack the same consistency. Ordered a large sub for pick up but only had regular when I picked it up. Then picked order from coworker and they didn't even start the order.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Quemado. The ranch sauce taste like melted butter, the pizza crust was so burnt that's all I tasted, or couldn't taste anymore cause of the cuts in my mouth after biting into the slice. The chicken was already fried so double blasting it in the oven made it even more burned and tasteless.
$8 for 2 slices not worth it but glad didn't waste more money on personal pie.

…..is this a joke? This is the saddest chicken parm sub I’ve ever seen. I really hope this was somehow a mistake. It’s the smallest burned chicken cutlet with a shred of cheese on bread.

Weird customer service. The lady behind the counter that helped me out today was helpful. There was a man who walked in, went behind the counter, gave me my pizza cold. I asked for Parmesan cheese topping, he acted like they ain’t have any. I had to question him because what pizza establishment does not have Parmesan cheese? Am I going crazy? So before even going to check if there’s any he just abruptly says there is none, but then ends up finding some with his finger in it while he’s passing it to me btw. I asked for garlic powder and he said to get some off of any table, which then I asked which table because all tables in the restaurant had no garlic powder on it.. he says nothing, & the girl who was helping me at first comes from behind him with some garlic powder *saving the day*.. but at this point I feel like I’m being rushed out this place when homegirl who was helping me at first was doing her job perfectly fine. Whoever that dude is, may be the owner, or just someone with authority in that workplace, gives crap service. I’m not telling anybody what to do or how to spend their money, but I don’t play bout my hard earned money. With that being said, I don’t just spend my money anywhere, and I most definitely won’t be spending another dollar at this place. Do better. God Bless in Jesus name.

I been going to master pizza for years and everything was perfect but I guess they got new owners now and the past 4 times I call to place my order to pick up and everytime I get there after the 15-20 min they tell me to wait obviously they still not only don’t have my order ready but more act as if I’m reminding them to make my order and I’m sitting for another 20-30 min for my order and on top of that never are they apologetic but they have attitudes and this last time I was there today the workers started arguing and disrespecting eachother and about to fight it was ridiculous today was the worst and last time I’ll be going to this master pizza if I could give a 0 star I would ps they even got my order wrong after I repeated it to them 3 times in person

Love their food, it’s really good. But they have to be careful with their egg washes! I found egg shells in my cutlet and I had to throw almost half of the cutlet away. It’s a shame because it tasted good.

I came in for lunch and stood at the counter for 10 full minutes before anyone took my order. Then when I ordered my slices, they clearly took the old pizza from the day before. That’s what I got served and it was 12:30 in the afternoon. Not one fresh pizza in the whole restaurant. I also said that I was going to eat in the restaurant but once I was served it was boxed up as if I said it was to go but I get looked at like I have 5 heads when I ask for plates to eat in. And on top of all of that the pizza was gross. Obviously because it was a day old and not fresh.

I used to order from here a lot but will never be getting food here again. The garlic knots they gave us were cold and stale and had MOLD on the bottom! How is it okay to give anyone something like that. Also ordered a large pizza pie wasn’t same as usual at all and mozzarella sticks the marinara sauce it came with was also really bad like expired.
