This place has been surprisingly upscaled, the food is great. The self-served salsa cart is amazing. I would like to suggest that they add an upscale version of ceviche with salmon and or tuna. You should order a bowl, but when you do get one of the menu items that's closest to your build your own, it will end up to be a couple of bucks cheaper...

I have come to this place a few times. Quality is a hit or miss. It's a miss most of the time. This is one of the worse franchises of Moe's I have been to and really needs to have better management.
- quality varies day to day by a lot which shouldn't be for a chain. Some days the food is absolutely under flavored. - basic cleanliness issues such as tables don't get wiped, the salsa bar doesn't get cleaned frequently - salsa bar , a lot of times, doesn't even offer the full spread which is just being lazy - unskilled staff. Often they have no idea what to do and go running around asking the one person who does
Moes food has no flavor. I like Chipotle better.
