I've been going here for a few years. The staff is warm and pleasant and it's a relaxing location.
Only thing is all of a sudden yesterday on 8/11, the chips were extremely salty!! The food was also very salty. I hope they rectify the situation as this is my spot for a relaxing meal.

Poor customer service. Not friendly staff. Plus they make u leave a gratuity without option to skip. Sorry tip should be earned and not be forced.
Bathroom closed and make u walk to another establishment further away.

The staff were excellent. Friendly and asked about everything for what I wanted. The food was excellent as well. The only thing I ran into was a hovering owner. She hovered while I put in my app info for rewards. She hovered while I paid. It was uncomfortable. Gotta let the staff do their jobs and make it enjoyable.
