Me and my friend went to this place to order some lunch after placing the order we got seated then after 20 minutes of waiting then to release that the colored person that looked like a thug that took the order did not place it. When it was said he got mad and start saying very bad things to me and calling name's. Once’s I replied he them pulled out a knife and making awful hand, suggestions and also putting he’s hands down his pants. I would not recommend this place to anyone and the level of violents for the guy was terrific. Please stay away for your safe this person is crazy.

This location is usually my go-to when I want something fast, and they’re consistently solid. The pasta from here — flavorful, good portion, and surprisingly light.
My usual order from Muscle Maker anywhere is the chicken wrap, turkey burger, and sweet potato fries, and Clifton has always gotten those right too. Food comes out quick, pickup is smooth, and everything tastes fresh. Definitely one of the easier, more reliable spots in the area. The most memorable part was how the pasta came out surprisingly flavorful and not heavy. I wasn’t expecting it to hit like that, but it did.

I had a impossible burger with Sweet potato fries. The burger was delicious but the fries were old & burnt. I used to eat here often a few years ago. Then the food quality dropped and I tried again last night to see how things are but it hasn't improved. Sometimes the food is good, Sometimes it isn't. There isn't any consistency and I hate going back to places to get things sorted out. The food cost to much for quality not to be there for every order. There are to many other places to eat in the area so I won't be returning here anymore.

My experience at Muscle Maker Grill in Clifton was extremely disappointing and concerning. The overall cleanliness of this location is unacceptable. The glass doors were visibly dirty, the tables and walls had food and grease on them, and even the menu screens were so smudged and grimy they were difficult to read. While eating, I noticed dust hanging from the TV wires above, which is unsanitary and unsettling.
The kitchen area also appeared poorly maintained, the floor was greasy and unsafe. Most concerning, I watched an employee throw trash away, push it down in the bin, and then immediately handle food with the same gloves to prepare a wrap. This is a serious food safety issue.
Cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority at any restaurant, and unfortunately, this location falls far short.
