Their food is good but the delivery guy is so unbelievably rude. He demands a tip over 20% or will yell at you to pick up the food in the store instead. They NEED to change him if they want their business to succeed.

Last time I ordered from here I got rotten steak. No steps were taken to fix the problem. It sucks cut I love their bourbon chicken but will not be ordering anymore. Also has cockroaches on counter. BEWARE

The food is alright but the costumer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered delivery even though my house is two corners away of their store because of an injury and not only did the food take 40 minutes to arrive but the driver demanded a big tip after I had already tipped them 20% (standard). He was extremely rude and had me walk up to his car instead of coming to the door. The best advice I can give is to order from somewhere else, and the restaurant NEEDS to change their delivery man.

This place food is one of the best in the area but the problem that I have is with their delivery driver he is the most disrespectful person you could ever find he delivered to us once and he was disrespectful to my son I figured maybe he was having a bad day we tried again he did the same thing we just ordered now he came to my house was utterly disrespectful and then have the audacity to slam the door so as I said this place is good but they're delivery service is horrible their customer service is horrible I'd rather go someplace else the waste another Penny going there F them

I ordered 酸辣汤 （hot & sour soup). It was very delicious. Went inside, cashier took my order. No problems as the cashier and the rest of the staff were friendly and nice. The inside of the restaurant was very clean. Additionally, order was quick. Glad to say I had a great experience with the food and service here. I would come back for some more Chinese takeout and recommend this for others as well to try out for the first time if you haven't done so.
