Ooka Sushi Hibachi Lounge

My family and I had a great time at Ooaka Sushi! We ordered hibachi and everything was amazing — the food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The portions were big, and we all left full and happy. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. It’s a nice spot for a family dinner, and we’ll Absolutely! I’ll be back for more!

We went on a Wednesday which is usually there slow day but we went as a big crowd. Caught them off guard. The food came out cold . I've been there before and it has been amazing. Pineapple rice never disappoints

Great experience overall. Upon entering my girlfriend and I waited about 20 minutes for a table and were seated with 6 other guests. All our orders were promptly taken and our cook came over and was absolutely wonderful. He seemed a bit distracted at times but made us feel welcome and cooked the food to perfection. Great guy. I feel they could've paid more attention to the table drinks-wise so you'll probably have to wave someone down for another drink. Concerning other reviews about being rushed, I did not feel this. Had plenty of time to eat my food, paid my bill and left feeling satisfied as did my girlfriend. I would definitely recommend.

One thing of note is parking kinda sucks. Once you go in and come back around there's no way to circle back into the lot unless you make an illegal left into oncoming traffic. Yeah don't do that...so just take whatever spot you see coming in.

Fun night of hibachi show! It’s a great place to take your kids. We had a great hibachi chef who was joking around with our kids. Huge portions - rice, noodles veggies, and then proteins on top of all of that. Food is well seasoned and flavorful.

Wear a sweater - the hood vents they use to keep the restaurant smoke free are powerful - that air it pulls out is replaced with outside air. If you come on a busy Saturday night, don’t expect to be able to hang at the table. There will be people waiting to be seated.

We came in to break fast , after calling and confirming they can accommodate to 2 people . That sat us at the table and forgot about us . I asked everyone if someone can help us . And told us to be patient , we waited another 20 mins before asking another person for help . But we had to wait becsuse the staff decided they had to eat as well . At 7:30 pm , seems we had to accomdate to their staff. Hopefully you don’t visit while you are hungry . You will leave hungry and angry

It was so freezing cold inside, they weren’t turning on the heat. I asked the lady for a hot sauce while holding my two kids and she just said “it’s over there..” and didn’t grab it for me. Food was not good at all, and they combined veggie stuff with meat stuff. Idk the food is clean tbh. And the entire place reeked of bleach. I will never come back here.

Roomy restaurant with tepanyaki/hibachi. Japanese ambiance with the open grills. Good food and service. Food portion for me is a lot. I took the rest to go. Decent price for food. Plenty of parking.

Popular with families celebrating birthdays. Come for the hibachi "show" for the kids if you must. Quality of food okay. Reserve ahead. Will only seat you when everyone has arrived. Efficient service.
