Drove 30 minutes to be closed! Website said 6pm… On the door it shows 4pm summer hours. Contact Google and change your hours! I’m disappointed

Placed an order online for a small rivet tray. Got there and the girl was on her phone sitting there and didn’t see the order receipt. It was just sitting there in the machine. I had to wait an addition 20 minutes and she had an attitude the entire time like I’m bothering her. Very unprofessional!

Thank you Thank you! Placed an order for my Super Bowl party and the cinnamon sugar rivets stole the show! If you have not tried them yet, what are you waiting for?

Favorite location to stop by , always friendly service and a variety to choose from , can’t wait to visit again.
Had a last minute order to fill, the lady at the front I think her is is Christina assisted me and ensure my 5 dozen orders was fulfilled the same day? Pretzels are fresh and tasty
First time ordering a small tray for NYE. They gave nacho cheese, but I ordered plain chedder. The adults and kids didn't want to eat it as it was way too spicy! Half tray wasted as no one wanted to eat plain pretzels without dip. Called and spoke with the manager who could care less lol.. But she will forward my message to the owner. Never again.
Very nice and helpful staff. I ordered a small rivet tray and they got it done in the form promised. Pretzels were hot and very tasty

This is the worst location of Philly pretzel factory, not only did we waste our time while the girl was making 4 pretzel dogs, we decided to try them right away and the dough on 4 pretzel dogs was raw, we went back to show her and have her redo these 4 pretzel dogs. This was my worst experience with pretzels. There is one girl here who takes the order and she also cooks everything. Will never come back here again. So bad !!!

Who ever did the Caldwell Street fair consider “hot” pretzels rather than wet and cold pretzels!
Stale old pretzels. Even close to closing time I've never got pretzels from a Philly Pretzel Factory that were this bad. Either make fresh pretzels that might not sell buly closing, or close earlier, but don't sell old stale pretzels. Service was very good though.

I had a big craving for a pretzel, so I went here to buy some. It was kind of difficult to make it there while they were open because their hours conflict with my work hours but eventually I was able to make it in and buy some pretzels. They weren't bad, but they weren't fantastic. It was as mid.Place was kinda sub standard somehow, just not what I expected.

I was hyped when I discovered this spot while searching around the area for lunch. Now I don't have to drive all the way to East Rutherford for my pretzel fix. lol(Cinnamon pretzel bites with butter cream dip is a must go to! --- if you're like me, have it with your favorite iced coffee)
