I had a big craving for a pretzel, so I went here to buy some. It was kind of difficult to make it there while they were open because their hours conflict with my work hours but eventually I was able to make it in and buy some pretzels. They weren't bad, but they weren't fantastic. It was as mid.Place was kinda sub standard somehow, just not what I expected.

I redeemed a free pretzel voucher here. There was no fuss and service was with a smile. I hadn't eaten a freshly made hot pretzel in decades. What a wonderful experience.

I was hyped when I discovered this spot while searching around the area for lunch. Now I don't have to drive all the way to East Rutherford for my pretzel fix. lol(Cinnamon pretzel bites with butter cream dip is a must go to! --- if you're like me, have it with your favorite iced coffee)

Got 5 Pretzel, Cinnamon bites and cheese steak pretzels. They were good! The girl at the counter was so nice. Thank you and definitely coming back for my pretzel cravings.

Placed an order on their website 4 days before the Superbowl. Showed up at the time they told me to, and still waited 40 min for my order. Place was mobbed with angry people having their orders cancelled!!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. This place is horrible.. talk about disrespect, the staff here especially the girl behind the counter are super rude, cancel orders and will make you wait 15-20 minutes on line just to tell you that you need to order online and it's only pickup. While waiting on line I saw multiple people's orders cancelled on the spot and the way they talked to the customers was absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure who hired these workers but they might wanna rethink it.

My kids tried this place from a school program that brought philly pretzel factory in for them and they loved it .. so we went in and Pedro greeted and helped us at the counter we inquired about thw cheese steak balls and he made them fresh for us while we waited they were great.. awesome experience.. thank you for your services

Pretzel great, But the fact that they have no single mustard condiments is a problem. You are forced to share one large container that everyone else has touched.

The Pretzel Dogs were excellent. They were made for me while I waited. I also enjoyed the frozen mango drink. This would be excellent on a hot summer night, turned into an Adult beverage. I also appreciated the fact that the curb was low enough for me to climb it.
