We tried placing the order over the phone was put on hold for a while, hung up drove there to place the order. I was told 15-20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes before asking about it and was told it would take 20 more minutes and they didn’t know why. After almost an hour after ordering I got my food and asked to speak to a manager. I was told they were not in and my issue could not be resolved then. I wasn’t given an apology or any reason on why it took so long. I used to work ok the food industry so I know things happen but no apology and told a manager wasn’t there rubbed me the wrong way. They also ran out of plates.

Disgusting !!!! Do not eat here. I ordered two large pies with toppings and they sent me two medium pies when no toppings. The pizza box had a dead small roach in it !!!! I called them and they refused to refund me my money. I asked for a manager and they told me a manager wasn’t available and kept hanging up on me over and over again.
The first time I ordered from here was on dec 24th 2024. The pizza arrived completely doughy and uneatable. I had to cook them myself. I called, and I got a 45 dollar store credit. The second time, I ordered online because I truly didn't know you had to call to use the credit, as I had made the order online. Either way, when the food arrived, no Soda. So I called again to ask about the credits and the soda. I was met with straight disdain. When I call, I make sure to be kind and listen. I know I didn't give any attitude. She said she would either credit me or send out a soda, but I had my credit and I was good to go. Hours went by, I called because I was going to bed, it was that late, and asked to just have the credit. She stated I had my 50 credit, I got told to call back to make my next order and my credits would be there.
I called back today, try 3. Ely answered the phone (had to ask how to handle the phone call but magically became the manager halfway through the phone call). She first time me I used the credits, then she told me I never had them, then that I only had 5 dollars and my others expired. I asked for corporates number, she said she didn't have it. I asked for the store number she told me no, she didn't know what store it was. And what sucks the most is tonight was actually the night I really needed it. I have this one night between having what I need and not having what I need. It's just unfair.

The manger specifically that I spoke to on 1/20/25 around 7:15 . My God horrible customer service. So I called the store. I wanted to make one small change to my order from uber eats, which i ordered less then 60 seconds ago. She goes onto tell me "I'm sorry both pies are in the oven cooking, can't do anything" Yeah right. Impossible. Anyhow i canceled and still got charged cancelation fee from uber eats.

At first, I attempted big emphasis on the attempt to get pizza from the location on 46
But the idiot who works there just says please hold and then never picks up the phone over and over and over and you never got your food so I decided I’m gonna try this one and the difference is night and day in service. I would highly suggest this location over any other one. Friendly service as well wish I could say the same about the one on 46 but I can’t that would be a lie.

A lot of you people need to realize that this isn’t an authentic, Italian restaurant its fast Pizza you’re getting your moneys worth and it’s decent Fast Pizza If you don’t like it go to an actual pizza place or nice restaurant Karen.

Ordered pizzas for 630 at 445,it's 645 and still in the oven. I have a party here and I tried to tone it to be fresh. People are now leaving before the pizzas get here. Very frustrated considering I placed the order well in advance on the app. I've had mistakes here before as well on orders. Very embarrassing hosting this and not getting my order anywhere near time.

They hung up on us three times and all we were trying to do is order a large pizza
Terrible. Horrible. No good. These people are actually ridiculous. I placed a delivery order and had to drive to get a part of my order that was “forgotten”. My issue is lies within management for acting like I was a bother when they bothered me since I had to pick up a part of my DELIVERY order. Needless to say, account closed. Kick rocks

Don't eat here. If you order for delivery make sure the driver checks it because if not you will have to drive to the store to get whatever was missed. And i say drive because if you call they will a. Hang up on you or b.leave you on hold for half an hour. Then they will have you sitting for another 20 minutes acting like you are inconveniencing them. The manager never apologized for their mistake and was just rude in general. She had the audacity to ask me if I knew my own phone number. Don't waste your time.

Had by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had in my LIFE with this Pizza Hut in Clifton. First my friend placed an order ONLINE via the Pizza Hut website, there was a glitch in the system that charged her card FOUR times and didn’t place the order. We then called Pizza Hut and the manager Ana was so rude and said there is nothing she can do about it and that if we want it we would have to place another order. I then decided to place another order myself at 11 p.m. it was supposed to arrive by 11:32/12:17 the latest. We never received the order. I called Ana again to let her know we did not receive the order and she was super rude and said that well the store is about to close so she can try putting in another order but if the driver doesn’t get there in time she’s closing. Not ONCE did Ana apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Extremely rude the entire conversation. I was APPALLED at this. I had to call Door Dash myself to make sure the driver got there before closing! From an order originally placed at 11 p.m we received our pizza by 1:20 a.m!!!
