Chef’s KISS! My colleague took me here while I was in New Jersey for work. He said I HAD TO try a bagel here before I left and it was amazing. Hands down MUST TRY while you’re in the area.
10/10 - my colleague mentioned he’s been coming to this location since a kid. I definitely feel the family atmosphere & the food is made with love.
He told me this “isn’t just any regular egg & cheese bagel”. I couldn’t agree more. I definitely would come back next time I’m in Jersey.

I read tales that Plaza was great, but I wouldn't agree now. Malt has been dropped from the recipe, if it was ever there as I've only been there once, the crust is soft, the inside isn't chewy, the toppings are scant. Rolls with holes, like most bagel places.

I had the egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Super fresh and served quickly. I also tried the lox spread, which was great, though I forgot to have it toasted, so it could’ve been even better. Portions were generous all around.
This place gets crowded only because they have the best bagels and variety in sandwiches. When you are good, you are good!!!!
