Made it very clear I wanted 2 wedge burgers in lettuce wraps. Order entered correctly not prepared correctly. One with fries the other with side salad ranch dressing no croutons. Both burgers came with fries. NO SALAD. So therefore half of one plate was thrown away. I certainly WAS NOT driving all the way back for it to be corrected making the entire meal cold. This order was very specific due to dietary restrictions and Red Robin failed…..again. This is not the first time.
It's been a while since we were here. The menu is condensed and still has quite a bit. Food and service were very good. We'll be back soon! A hamburger dream!
