Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This place never disappoints, and today was no different. Excellent service and the burger hit the spot, will definitely come back again for the next burger craving! My go to is the royal Red Robin burger

I ordered online after getting emails for $10.00 burgers on Tuesday. When I picked up order I was charged full price. The manager said "let me make this right" he adjusted everything and the bill came out to about 15.00 less. Well the original price went through on my credit card so he did absolutely NOTHING. Made me think I was compensated. I will never go there again. Way too EXPENSIVE!! And sneaky too. Unbelievable!

Good food is always served. Service was a bit spotty. They are understaffed. But overall, you'll be satisfied.

Parking: Mgmt is very accommodating.

We have become frequent visitors of this Red Robin and whether we are dining or ordering to go the staff ALWAYS goes out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. The food is always great and always correct too, which is hard to find these days when ordering to go. Thank you!!

We walked in and the guy at the desk looked at us, I started to say "table for 4," and he walked away mid sentence. Another guy came to the desk and when he looked at us, he grabbed menus and walked away. Finally, a lady came to the desk and asked how many, I said 4. She asked if we were staying, which confused me. It took a bit to get seated. When we got seated, I wondered why it took so long when it wasn't packed. There were 3 to 4 waiters that constantly passed us and looked at us as they passed. None stopped at our table. After about 15 minutes, I finally asked the guy clearing the table next to us who our waiter was and he went to get someone. When a waiter finally came, he stated he didn't know it was his table. He took our drink order, apps and entrées all at once. 2 of us ordered burgers medium well. He kept saying "a little pink." I said no, medium well. He repeated, yes, a little pink. I, again said no, medium well has no pink. He said they aren't allowed to say medium well. Huh? Another 10 minutes passed and he brought my water and another's iced tea. The other 2 in our party ordered beers, he said they were waiting for clean glasses. Huh??? A runner brought the appetizers, and my friend asked about the beers. He said he would check. The waiter came with the beers and my friends ordered 2 more in anticipation of having to wait for clean glasses. A couple minutes later, he brought one beer saying, again, they were waiting for a clean glass. The food came and sure enough, our burgers had a little pink. I was not sending it back as at this point, I didn't trust it. He did come around a couple times to ask if we needed anything. Overall, service is a 2, food is a 4. I have been coming to this Red Robin for a very long time, although, admittedly, I haven't been here in over a year. In my opinion, it has gone down hill. From getting a table to getting the check. Getting the check was the only thing that came as soon as we asked for it. It may be a year or longer before I go back.

Service sucked. Very slow. Not much of our order actually showed up at our table. The lava burger was delicious.

The food NEVER disappoints!

Though the service can be hit or miss, this Clifton NJ location is as consistent (quality of food) as any restaurant chain can get, and the food is always good!

I visited for the 1st time and the food and customer service was superb. I felt appreciated as a customer and I will definitely come back and recommend this location to others. Thank you!

My waiter Kevin went above and beyond with his service and made sure me and my pops were well taken care of. Didn’t even have to ask for a refill and checked in on us throughout the meal multiple times. Food was good and wait times were low. Good spot to go on chill weekday night. Thanks Kev! Nowadays, good service is definitely not a given so we appreciated it!
