Love this place , been going for years -The food very good (try the mojito) -The staff very respectful and clean (they are always cleaning & I love it) -Expensive ? Tbh NO (is one of the cheapest places I’ve went) Ive taken my 3 kids, my mom and I and my bill wont make it to 150. Can get packed on weekends I prefer to call and get an estimate wait time. You can enjoy a nice drink by yourself at the bar or eat with family ether or I believe you will leave with a good experience

The Restaurant has great food . Service was ok . 1st time there in a long time . I work in the Restaurant business over 40 yrs. We met friends there that were visiting from Florida we were looking to enjoy a night. Food was excellent but we were rushed so much . Literally didn't even finish my appetizer and they were ready to take my plate & literally bought my dinner before I can digest my appetizer. 4 people & we were done in less than hour .They really don't give you the chance to enjoy your meal & guest . Also never heard of not allowing to have separate checks .I work in this industry all my life & I have never told soneone they can have separate checks . I couldn't understand why its not a big deal . Very disappointed tonight was really looking forward to a wonderful night .we were going to go to the bar after wards but being rushed so much we just wanted to go somewhere else we can relax and enjoy a few drinks.

Horrible experience The manager told my husband not to comeback again The reason why is because my husband didn't like the tamale and told the waitress to take it off the bill so she went to the manager I don't know what she told him the manager came so aggressive accuse my husband that he eat the tamale we just didn't want to pay it ..... fine next if you pay with credit card they charge $4 dollars extra Any way the manager was so rude and the waitress was so unprofessional she starting sweeping right next to us while we ware eating and talking to the other workers about us saying she wanted us to hurry up and leave and they ware laughing about me and my husband They make me feel so uncomfortable 😕 not coming back to this place any more they so unprofessional

The food here is great the atmosphere is also great. The service was also great. The not so great review is for the manager who was there on July 24. We were a very large group of 17 people and asked to get 2 separate checks prior to ordering. It took lots of back and forth for this manager to agree. Someone needs to let this manager know that you don’t lead with NO when a client is making a reasonable request. His consistent NO to this request made the start of this experience uncomfortable. It was my birthday celebration and I wish I could have avoided this uncomfortable and unnecessary situation. As a manager you must listen to your customers and figure out a way to accommodate a reasonable request. NO I can’t is not an answer for a good paying customer.

Rumba Cubana is on point. the food is authentic, good portions and reasonably priced.The staff is excellent.Superior service reservations are pretty easy to make.And they'll take you a little early... Valet parking at the clifton location.Try the house pinot noir....

Bait/switch cocktail scam/over-charge. We ordered guava flavored margaritas. The waiter asked what type of tequila and we said casa amigos. It wasn’t until the bill came that we see that we were charged $55.80 for 4 casa amigos shots, and an additional $12 for making them into margaritas - is what the waiter explained when we questioned the drink bill. He stated they used triple sec, etc. my response was of course that’s all included in a margarita. We didn’t ask for shots - we ordered margaritas which includes tequila, triple sec, etc. The additional cost for the guava flavor is standard at most restaurants, but to charge us the cost of tequila shots when we ordered a margarita is unacceptable, and then an additional up charge of $12 for making them into margaritas?!?! Who has ever heard of this BS. I have ordered many margaritas in my life time and never have I ever been charged or scammed like this! We paid our bill - but we will never/ever step foot in this restaurant again!!

One of my favorite spots to eat at. The atmosphere is very laid back. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is always on par and the prices are very competitive. Hard to beat a place like this one.

I have been here several times and went for my bday celebration. I have to say I was not too happy with my mojito. It was a very small glass and not too cold. Also the ropa Vieja the many times I have been their they served alot of meat. They served a small plate of ropa vieja not happy with that. My husband's food mofongo was dry and then it got extremely dry after he left a small portion. Hope owner sees these reviews and rectified the issues at hand. Not sure if I will be returning again.
