Santa Brasa offers a good variety of Peruvian food to the area, foods nothing special but it’s good. Only thing I dislike is the way the owners treat their employees. I had to witness disrespect second hand and felt uncomfortable eating my food knowing that the people who prepared it and serve it and packed it don’t get the respect and quality of care they should be getting. The lady with the poofy hair should also tie it up it’s a food hazard.

Came here to pick up a delivery order and was met with attitude from the man at the counter when I simply asked how long it would take. He said “5 minutes, I don’t know” in a rude tone. I noticed the kitchen ticket was only sent in after I arrived, so the food wasn’t even started.
I ended up waiting 15 minutes for a $5 order. As a delivery driver, this is unacceptable — we get penalized when orders are late, and customers often remove the tip if the delivery is delayed. That means we waste time, lose money, and sometimes even lose the trip altogether. Drivers should be able to pick up and go, not stand around waiting for the food to start being prepared.
If you use delivery services, please have orders ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

I have given this place multiple chances due to it being the closest spot I can get Peruvian food but wow. Highly disappointing service.
I placed an order for pick up and was told wait time was 15 minutes I arrive 30 minutes later expecting my food to be ready (It was supposed to be my lunch) and they told me it needed 10 more minutes. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE. I don’t understand how a 15 minute order turned into a 40 minute order especially if they weren’t busy. Not the first time this has happened, they lack professionalism & good customer service.

This restaurant was recommended by a Peruvian friend and did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal! Every dish we ordered was delicious and the chicha was one of the best ones I’ve had. We order la Causa de Ceviche (mash potato base with fish ceviche) and it was very good. We order the tallarines con lomo salteado, pollo a la brasa y largo con mariscos and everything was cooked to perfection, and tasted like authentic Peruvian food! Highly recommended. It is a small restaurant you may have to wait to be seated. Also, the service was impeccable, our server Dany was very attentive, helpful when choosing our meals and overall had great customer service. Try this place you won’t regret it!!!

Me and my family and friends had came in late but the kitchen was still preparing food and it was amazing! I love the arroz Chaufa, the owner was accommodating and even if it wasn’t the full menu on hand I loved it. Would recommend coming here again with my mom to try their breakfast.

Personally, I have a very demanding palate and for me to like a Peruvian Rest is difficult, but this Rest. It earned 5 Stars on Google. Highly recommended starting with the seafood chaufa rice, shrimp chupe adobo, lomo saltado. Today I ordered a mixed chaufa rice when I finished it I regretted that I should have ordered another order because it was so delicious and the attention was Number 1.
The Cuy was too dry compared to the one I had last time at Rosa’s. The salads are just nothing but onions, and the skin had the texture of rubber. Service was good however and so were the sauces
