I had ordered my food at 8:16 and had requested my food to be prepared the fast time they had which was 35mins I end up showing up at 9:16 an hour later the guy told me I’ll will be done in 15 mins and after I complained that I had order it an hour ago he just said I’m sorry I let it be and came back in 20mins just for him to drop my food in front of me I’ve ended up waiting 2hours and 23mins for my food I was really upset and annoyed and they didn’t even allow me to have a refund for it

IF I COULD GET 0 STARS I WOULD. ThHE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING. SHRIMP WAS DIRTY. COULDN’T EVEN PEEL THE SHRIMP BECAUSE IT WAS OVERCOOKED AND OVER-STEAMED. THE “SHAKING SAUCE” WAS LITERALLY NOTHING BUT OIL, SOME SPICES & GARLIC. IT HAD NO TASTE AT ALL. THE DRINKS WERE ALSO DISAPPOINTING. TASTED AS IF THE BARTENDER THREW THE WHOLE BOTTLE OF LIQUOR IN WITHOUT ANYTHING ELSE. I HAD A APPLE MARTINI FIRST AND HAD TO SEND IT BACK FOR A MANGO MARGARITA AND IT WAS STILL HORRIBLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK EITHER.

The worst place ever.. I ordered 2 bags which came up to over $100. Got home had nothing but mussels in my bag no shrimp I ordered an extra cluster for what! There was no crab meat in it. They are too small to be paying the price we do for them. My boyfriend bag was so empty he ate it within 10 mins. Usually we can save some for later but there was nothing in there at all to be saved.!! Another thing we had soooooooo much butter or oil in our bags it was ridiculous!!!! Not to mention we had so much damn pepper flakes it was insane literally chewing on them every single bite!! I will never order from this place again I want a refund.!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!

I'm not happy at all with this place. First, the business opens at 5 pm, which is more than enough time to get your stuff right to serve customers the right way - WRONG! They are WAYYYYY overpriced for the small portions served. I call it highway (literally near a highway) robbery. My hubby ordered combo 6, and all combos come with 🌽 and 🥔. Every order comes in a bag. Fine with me. But, my hubby's combo had only two 1/2 of a 1/2 🥔 and a small 🌽 on the cob. The shrimp was the only thing that was great in the bag. The food was cold, but I will admit in the barlic sauce its taste was good. This cost $51. My daughter ordered combo 4, and the exact thing was with her 🌽 and 🥔. I believe her order was about $40. My other daughter had 2 snow cluster crabs she had no issue with the amount, which was over $40 as well. Now, I ordered what I assumed was going to be the best since the price was whopping $68, the Alaskan King Crab legs. Do NOT waste your time, gas, or money! I got only 3 legs for $68. The potato you see in the bag i took from my hubby's bag. What in the world is that all about. I was beyondddd disappointed. All the food was cold and the mac and cheese were not cooked properly. I gave it 2 stars because the shrimp in the barlic sauce was the only tasty thing in all 4 bags.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible—no flavor at all—and incredibly overpriced. I spent $115 and left with barely anything to take home, which is very unusual compared to other crab boil places I’ve been to.
On top of that, the waiter made the situation even worse. He was unprofessional, hitting on me right in front of my boyfriend, even going so far as to say he “made the water with his heart.” He also asked where I was from, making us both very uncomfortable. My boyfriend tried to have a conversation with him about his behavior, but it didn’t seem to change anything.
We will definitely not be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere else. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.

No flavor $115 for what..It was over cooked and gummy taste and not alot of food for the pricing..Will be sticking to my usual Aloha or Hook & Reel..Chinese owner was great and helpful ?? Too small as well but have music to play. Not my style! My gf and I felt uncomfortable Noah the waiter try to kick it to her throwing comments and called me "Babe" and had eyes for each other..He thought I was gay and judged me by the sound of my voice not knowing I was a Trans ?️⚧️..U just never know your surroundings not cool ??♂️ I had words with him ?? Came off with a threat..Young dude ??♂️
