Food was terrible gave everyone stomach aches and when we tried to ask for a refund got run around from employees had to literally bring the food back to still get told to wait for the owner and Noel (who is a manager with no authority apparently) says order fries at your risk because you’re never going to get them refunded which they were cold and stale and bland clearly customer service isn’t a priority for them they were so rude says we need to “slow your roll”if you want great wings go to Blue42

It is no regular dive bar food as in mostly all dive bars food is mid, but sharkys really takes the time to offer the best wings and usually getting seafood in a dive bar is a big NO, but the seafood is actually EXCEPTIONAL, i have nothing but good things to say about their food. The service can improve but thats about it

Dear Sharkys Bar and Grill Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience from my visit yesterday for the Wednesday clam bake special, which I had been eagerly looking forward to.
While the food was fantastic and the drinks were served ice-cold, I am disappointed to report that the service we received was far from acceptable. We informed our bartender, Gia, that we wanted our checks split, and she confirmed this request. However, when the time came to settle the bill, she disregarded our request and placed us all on one single bill.
Gia attempted to deflect the blame onto other employees, but it was her responsibility to input the orders correctly. This oversight not only affected our experience but also diminished the enjoyment of what should have been a wonderful evening. The 10% cash discount for my payment method was also lost due to this error.
It’s disheartening to feel that our request was not valued. I believe that customer service is just as important as the food and drinks. I hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future patrons.

The food is alright. My complaint is the fact I paid $10.99 for 10oz of blue cheese, but they only give 8oz. And to really seal the deal, the 8oz container was barely halfway full. I did call to complain and the girl apologized and said she would talk to the kitchen about it. But how could the kitchen not know they didnt completely fill the already too small container? I think they've probably been intentionally undeserving, and no one had said anything yet. But advertising 10oz of blue cheese for $10.99 and then giving less than 8oz is pretty lousy.

Walking up to the outside of the bar you can smell the fried wings which was great. It's a converted house into a bar but, the inside is way too small to have such a large bar and too tight for tables. The main room was full, lucked out with the quiet middle area next to the restrooms that had tables, but you have to share as they are only 3 long tables with stools, which is not ideal for a date trying to get to know one another. The service was poor to say the least. We had 2 servers, a young man and young very fit lady, splitting the middle area. The young man took our order and put everything in together and the entrees came out separately and before the appetizer, which was the fried calamari. The breading was to thick and hard we couldnt get through with the plastic fork. It also came out cold and stiff, which tells me it was sitting there which is why it came out after the entrees. The buffalo shrimp Po'boy was excellent along with the pull pork tacos. The young lady brought the food grumbled to the young man that she didnt want to be back there and it seemed like it left the young man over worked covering both the main and middle room as neither one came by the table much to check if we needed more drinks.

Ordered take out, they threw hot fries in a paper bag. The fries were soggy and tasteless. The wings were average and were hard. All the hype about this place was just that. I was very disappointed
