Been coming here for 3 years. It's inconsistent at best. Maybe depends on who's working? Often there is an extremely long wait time even if you order ahead through the app. Also, I've been quite a few times when business is slow, but I still have to wait forever. The employees behind the counter will be on their phones, not paying attention. They get my order wrong, or something is missing from the order. They apologize for the wait, but it happens consistently. If it weren't so convenient of a location for me, I wouldn't return.

Associates will have pick up orders that have already been prepared just sitting on the counter unpacked for 15+ minutes. Beverages just sit there to get cold or whip cream dissolved. Then when you request to pick up the order they start to move extra slow while packing it, as if they enjoy having someone wait on them and watch them pack coffee. It’s unbelievable that the supervisor on duty allows this. The girl was specifically packing pick up orders while the other staff did different task and yet she manage to take 15 minutes to put 3 Ice coffees into the bag, whip cream basically complete dissolved at this point. I feel this behavior is intentional because it seems to be standard practice at this location.
Im not sure if the staff does this on purpose because they are losers in life and get joy from making other people wait on them and watch them play with cups and bags or if they are really just that incompetent.
If you order delivery from this location just be aware your drinks are likely to be cold and or whip cream dissolved and ice melted because the employees need validation as they want drivers to watch them put coffee into bags and pull stickers.
The order was prepared sitting on the counter as soon as I walked in the store, yet it took 15-20 minutes before I walked out with it. Just something to think about before ordering delivery from this location.

Today for lunch around 130pm at the Route 3 Clifton, NJ, the staff was great. All three up front were friendly, very informative with my drinks, easily had suggestions & enjoyed I them so good !

Just want to say that Bren deserves a raise and recognition for being the absolute most sweetest, accomadating, understanding, empathetic and hard working! She helped find resolution for an order I made an error on and I cannot thank her enough for being such a kind soul! Good people still exist and Bren is proof of that :) Thank you again!

Definitely amazing and one of the best Starbucks I love going here while I go to Costco or before I go to target and sometime I just enjoy the area and sitting down and enjoy eating a nice croissant and enjoy my cold brew

I wanted to share my experience from this afternoon at this store… the new manager “Bren” was extremely kind and recommended a new drink to me that I had never tried before and it was DELICIOUS. I was also greeted upon walking in which was very welcoming. Wish my local Starbucks was as great as this! I will have to start traveling to visit this location more often :)

I arrived at 10:30. The place says it closes at 11 and they don't want to sell the things you order, only the flavored waters and in front of me was a woman to whom they did sell coffee. They don't even offer the cup holder and I bought 4. The truth is I'm a big fan of the brand but with this type of attitude I think Dunkin' surpasses them in service
