I just left the Starbucks and it was an awful experience. The young lady began to make the wrong drinks for us and, my daughter politely told her that the order was incorrect. They treat us like we lying. My daughter offered and showed them the receipts. There was no apology. Another customer got their order before us. No gloves hand over lid and didn’t offer straws. Didn’t see any hand washing. I guess they choose who they want to show good service to.

This location is usually crowded and extremely busy because it's in Clifton and right off the highway. Service usually takes a long time and drinks sometimes come out wrong or watery based on what I've ordered. Female staff tend to be nicer at this location.

Worst service. If you order mobile be prepared to wait for your order it won't be ready on time. Don't bother with the drive through the wait time is 20-30 minutes sometimes. So going moble orfer or going inside or drive through really no difference most of the time.

The baristas are super friendly and helpful. Even when they are busy they are always happy to make my dog a puppuccino. It is a very convenient location and there is plenty of parking but the lot is super busy, so be careful.

The employee by the name of James was prioritizing order orders first then mine. I waited 30 minutes for my drinks because he could not handle all my drinks. He was giving an attitude I work in the fast food service this is not acceptable.
