Yuck! Went early to shop at Target and figured Id grab a soy latte for my trip home. Not a single person ahead of me ordering, two ppl waiting for their drink. Young woman was doing everything possible to avoid taking my order. Cleaning coffee, walking into back and back out a few times, not making eye contact once. When she decided to return to the counter, the young man who had previously prepared the drinks, switched with her and took my order (Venti soy latte). She prepared my drink with a pace consistent with a sloth. The woman behind me said “is it just me or do you too feel like you just did something really horrible to these ppl?, they’re really angry”. The young man was fine, not great, but he did speak and made eye contact. The young woman should not be interacting with humans. Certainly not when said humans are paying $7 for a damn latte.

My husband ordered me a grande latte with soy milk and caramel syrup. They had a new worker do my drink which I didn’t mind at all. Literally, we watched as they dump the last bit of the caramel syrup into my drink instead of getting a new bottle.. As soon as I left, I tasted it and it tasted bitter. So I told my husband to ask them to redo my drink. He went inside. They offered sugar which is not what I usually put in my drink.. he calls me over the phone and I told him again to ask them to redo my drink. They just added extra caramel syrup into my drink. Now I just wasted money and time for what? Literally should’ve thrown it into the garbage.. 2 seconds after they “fixed” my drink. Went back for a refund for my drink instead. Now we have to wait for target to find the receipt .. which thankfully I paid with card to issue a refund.. Could’ve just redone the drink.. NEVER had a problem with Starbucks EVER.. They need new Starbucks employees there.. Ruined my whole day and mood.

I'm always at this target location and for the first time there wasn't a line at Starbucks so I went to order. Theee best apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso! Cup was filled to the brim and delicious

Great customer service and it is very busy during peack hours. The have a huge TV monitor shown the name of the person on the waiting list.

The attention is bad. I bought a cold cappuccino and they gave me a horrible thing for 5 dollars. I threw it in the trash right there.

I’m giving this Starbucks 1 star because they never have coffee prepped. If they don’t have it, you’re going to have to wait. I have been to this Starbucks location in Target three times already. It seems like there’s not enough staff. They have at least 3 baristas working. I would come by in the afternoon, ask for an iced coffee and they don’t have any coffee made. How? Hot/cold coffee should be made throughout the day. Not at the last minute and unsatisfying the customer.

I picked up a couple of lattes last Saturday. The cashier, I didn't look at her name, was not the quickest. However, the reason I decided to rate this place is Edna, the woman that made my drink, was awesome. I had a flat white and she took great care in making it. She cleaned the counters and utensils every move she made. I told her she made my day, but wanted to commend her here as well

I tried to give this location multiple chances but they failed each time. My drink is never made correctly. The employees are unprofessional and look so miserable. Not even a smile or hello

I stopped by with my 16 year old daughter during her spring break. I was surprised to see the counters, the tables and the floors dirty and sticky. No napkins. My daughter ordered a cold drink and she was given a hot drink. Workers do not take pride of their appearance. Females hair out and un brushed . Instead ok keeping it on a bun or up so nothing gets in the drinks or food. I told my daughter that I will not be returning to this location.

They have one girl working the counter and the bar all by her self. Crazy!!!! The line has like 10 people in it and people are being nasty bc they are out of venti cups. Please don't be rude and who ever manages this Starbucks it's is not cool to schedule only one person to work or not have a back up, for breaks and stuff!

Super slow I had a fifteen minute break and had a super long line they only had two employees that made no sense at all and one was cleaning taking forever and the only person on bar was ringing up one drink and making it right away which also took forever, I waisted my break time and also was standing for 17 minutes with four people ahead of me Smh very dissapointed
