We went whit the kids after a game we were ordering our food my wife ask for the restroom they told us we couldn’t use it it was already closed for the day it was 8:45 PM they close at 10:00 PM
We just left thank gad that was before we pay so we just didn’t get our sandwich
Subway need to made they sell that location to someone who actually care and have customers service

I went in there last month and they say they do not participate with coupon promotions. That is a lie because I've used the coupons in there before and according to Subway Corporate, they should be honoring them.

The order was missing olives and cheese. Despite this, the manager chose to only believe the employee. When I called to address the issue, I experienced rude customer service.
Also, the manager said the cheese is there, but you can't see it because it's toasted. But guess what, they forgot to toast it as well. Poor service and absurd customer service.

The worst Subway I ever been. I ordered a footlong and the staff left a space in the middle. Even if it is to cut it, is the only subway that does that. And she add the meat and veggies like there was no more. That subway was almost empty.

On aug 9, 2024. I went in to purchase 2 foot long sandwiches veggie Pattie. While I was waiting for the Pattie to cook in the microwave. I was looking at the station where the toppings are and it was so filthy! And what got me even mad was when he was putting toppings on the sandwich he was putting it as if the toppings were coming out of his pocket!! He literally had like 4 pieces of jalapeño. Everything was like a pinch. Not enough lettuce, onions, olives. The only thing he couldn’t be cheap about was the tomatoes! So anyway I come home and when I took my first bite on one of the sandwiches there was a long piece of hair! I was so disgusted and threw it away! This was my first time there so I can’t say if it’s always like that but that definitely was my first and last time at that location!!

If you have a subway coupon do not take it to this location. They do not honor subway coupons at all. When I approached the counter before ordering anything, an older lady who I assume was the manager talk to her employee in a foreign language to tell me that coupons are not accepted there.....And so I politely walked out and took my money to a food establishment that appreciates me as a customer.
I went and there was 2 guys and one of them farted thinking it was funny I believe it was not because people eat that I thought it was nasty I would never go there again
