DONT GO HERE!!! terrible customer service I ordered a sandwich and waited for my husband to use the bathroom and he was going to order after he got out and the cashier yelled at him when he came out and told him he couldn’t use the bathroom for that long to use it quick and only if he’s ordering something. very rude and very disrespectful people making your food. i’ve never been more upset before. very disappointed.

If the kid working could have been any more aggravated that I walked in there he would have rolled his eyes. It was 5pm the stores open for 4 more hrs yet you have no bread but white and 1/2 a wheat roll. So not a great experience

The workers mumble and the ingredients are never fresh. Ridiculously expensive and they add $1-2 to the menu price like we won’t know. Confessed to one of the workers and he doesn’t even speak English. Can’t make this up lol

Do you guys even train your new employees? Why do I have to stand behind the counter as a customer and explain that a chopped salad needs to be CHOPPED UP. And that’s just one example of horrible service. I am not going to tell someone else how to do their job! Train your people right or leave them in the back of house until they actually know what they are doing!

Ordered online - they barely put any ingredients in the subs and forgot to put cheese. There were also no pickles. when I called the store to complain, they hung up the phone. When I called back they kept hanging up. Save your money go to another subway. This place is trash.

We went whit the kids after a game we were ordering our food my wife ask for the restroom they told us we couldn’t use it it was already closed for the day it was 8:45 PM they close at 10:00 PM
We just left thank gad that was before we pay so we just didn’t get our sandwich

I went in there last month and they say they do not participate with coupon promotions. That is a lie because I've used the coupons in there before and according to Subway Corporate, they should be honoring them.

The order was missing olives and cheese. Despite this, the manager chose to only believe the employee. When I called to address the issue, I experienced rude customer service.
Also, the manager said the cheese is there, but you can't see it because it's toasted. But guess what, they forgot to toast it as well. Poor service and absurd customer service.

The worst Subway I ever been. I ordered a footlong and the staff left a space in the middle. Even if it is to cut it, is the only subway that does that. And she add the meat and veggies like there was no more. That subway was almost empty.
