Unfortunately it's come to the conclusion some people should really not be in customer service. Short older lady came with an aggressive demeanor and snatched some chips I thought was paid for in the app when I ordered. I was so confused and had a back and forth with the lady. Other employee stepped up but didn't do much and also mentioned that me talking to the manager wouldn't do anything because they will just stick with her side. My Uber order was messed up I ordered the cold cut combo which is ham salami and bologna with cheese they gave me two slices of bologna only and I ordered a tuna there was hardly any tuna on the bread never gonna order from subway again they didn’t even answer the phone when I called them

I have no issues with the majority of the staff. But on a few occasions, I come across young, male staff that believe it’s more important to be on their phones right in front of customers AND with earpieces in their ears. I thought cellphones were not allowed on the floor especially in front of customers? I always thought, you should be attending to the customer. Not a good look and it’s very unprofessional.
