This is my second time ordering from this location and my order was wrong. They don’t bother to contact you and tell you that they made changes to your order or they were out of something. They just change it and send it off with delivery. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. The bright is hard. They don’t put any oil or dressings on the sandwich if you order it.

This has to be the strangest Subway I’ve ever walked into. Every other Subway I’ve been to has the meats and cheeses on display so you can actually see what you’re about to eat. Here, everything was completely blocked off — you couldn’t see a single slice of meat or cheese. The only things visible were the tomatoes and lettuce, and honestly, if that’s what they chose to show off, it’s not a good sign. The tomatoes looked soft and lifeless, the lettuce looked like it had been sitting there way too long. If the “showcase” ingredients look that bad, I can only imagine what the hidden chicken, bacon, ham, and other meats must look like.

I asked the guy behind the counter, who had an Indian accent, why everything was covered when Subway is supposed to make your food in front of you. He got defensive right away and said, “McDonald’s doesn’t show you either.” That’s when I told him, “This is Subway, not McDonald’s.” His response? “Just go by the menu.” At that point I knew this place wasn’t worth the risk.

Owner very unprofessional , he keep hurrying up me and my boyfriend because he said he has to go home when we got there at 6:40 pm and he closes at 8 pm and very rude didn’t let us know what kind of meat he has and he kept rushing and putting whatever on our sandwiches .

bathroom and seating area was gross, they needed to wipe down their drink area. nothing was stocked up, the chips and drinks selection was so low. the woman helping me was the only worker, and her daughter was in the back doing who knows what??

I had a disappointing experience with my recent online order from this Subway location. It's essential to double-check your order when you place it because in my case, there were several mistakes. I specifically requested certain modifications, but my order arrived with unexpected changes.Firstly, they substituted the type of bread I had chosen. Secondly, I asked for extra sauce, but they skimped on it, leaving my sandwich quite dry. Lastly, I had requested Pepper Jack cheese, but they replaced it with provolone cheese without any notice.It's disheartening when it seems that the owner might be intentionally cutting corners, especially when applying promotions. In my opinion, this kind of service is unacceptable.Considering my experience, I would advise others to think twice before ordering from this Subway location. It's essential to ensure your order is accurate, or you might end up with an unsatisfactory meal.
