I had a disappointing experience with my recent online order from this Subway location. It's essential to double-check your order when you place it because in my case, there were several mistakes. I specifically requested certain modifications, but my order arrived with unexpected changes.Firstly, they substituted the type of bread I had chosen. Secondly, I asked for extra sauce, but they skimped on it, leaving my sandwich quite dry. Lastly, I had requested Pepper Jack cheese, but they replaced it with provolone cheese without any notice.It's disheartening when it seems that the owner might be intentionally cutting corners, especially when applying promotions. In my opinion, this kind of service is unacceptable.Considering my experience, I would advise others to think twice before ordering from this Subway location. It's essential to ensure your order is accurate, or you might end up with an unsatisfactory meal.

Ordered 6 " Monster sandwich.The guy's hand literally shaking when he placed 2 pieces of bacon on top of cheese slices. One piece is a bit bigger than another, so he takes it of and replaced with the smaller one. Asked for lettuce and tomatoes. He sprinkles a bit of lettuce on top, grabs 3 slices of tomatoes and placed it on a sandwich, desides it's too much and takes one slice away. Asked for pickles, he grabs 4 smallish slices of pickled cucumber, thinks it's to much and placed only 3 (!!! ) tiny slices. Asked for olives, for which he simply ignores. Steps to sauces section, tells me I am only allowed ranch on this one. Couldn't tell a word to ask for additional souce as he quickly wraps it up.The size of the sandwich looks and feels like hot dog.With such skimping attitude, no wonder the place is empty with myself only customer. And it's during lunch time at 12-45Must be the worst subway I ever encountered.Strongly recommend to AVOID.

I have been going to this location ever since I was 10 I am now 20 and recently visited hoping it was the same warm feeling . Boy, was I wrong !!! The manager has a bad sniffle , making it very suspicious of what he does in the back! He got mad at me because I ordered 3 6 in italians and I got a call saying they're not hungry anymore so I cancelled one of the sandwiches he's like " NO! you have to pay because it's done already " and i'm like no wtf lol . and he's like " that's $10 of my business gone " well .... I don't want it anymore . He then proceeds to slam my sandwiches at checkout and my kind heart even gave him a 1$ tip . Never again , I hope this business fails !

Bad customer service/No fresh food - I went to this location yesterday for lunch and it was not a good idea. The food didn’t look fresh. There was a little fly by the Turkey ham, so we didn’t eat that. He had two containers of pickles, so I told him that I wanted the pickles from the other container because it looked more fresh and he said, “these are the same” and took the pickles that looked old and dry. The chips I ate tasted old too. I won’t recommend this place. We’re not coming back.

Horrible, not my First time eating Subway and i like it , but this place is really bad and dirty and the owner is so disrespectful, the food looks really bad and my sandwich was all saggy and when i told them, the owner said that is normal just eat it

Horrible location and the people were very rude there, my kid (non binary) was wanting a specific sandwich and were questioned on why they wanted it that way, as if the manager thought we were trying to be funny, why should it matter how my kid wants their sandwich. They got very defensive when we were trying to explain how hard the bread was and wouldn't listen to anything we were saying.

As of today, I'm going to try and get this guy fired; I walked being empty and the man already gave me a disgusting look as if I did something already. I had to wait a total of 5 minutes before he took my order. I told him one sub for my mom and one for him and He didn't get that through his head because I had to repeat to him again and he began to flip out because he said and I quote "It's getting busy and your wasting time" I froze in shock because of the way he just flip out; In case, I still waited those 5 minutes just to start taking my order. I want this man gone and out. It's disrespectfully knowing that he's acting like that even when his kids are in the store

i have been a subway customer for many years, I have not seen such a terrible branch. The owner is very rude, disrespectful, definitely do not recommend subway company donth sleep !!
