Waitress was amazing and so was the hostess
Had a wonderful diner with my family on Father’s Day
Very sad that had to wait almost 2hours for my food. Even after that the order was incorrect. Not Sure if I will be going there anytime soon.
Been a minute. Food is still pretty good for a chain restaurant. The salmon was good.
This Friday's is located in a new placa and everything to be great. Service was slow and distracted - maybe they were understaffed but I think the server was just getting distracted while working the bar area and the bar itself.
I absolutely enjoyed their dishes and customer service, good area right next to where I live. The workers are always very nice. Highly recommended.
This location lacks training and the proper prodigals for service, food and employee relations. I went there with my husband and son. We ordered two beers and a coke. My husbands beer tasted skunked, the service did not offer another drink before leaving the table. 10 mins later comes back to the table to ask what else can he get him to drink... my sons and husband food comes out to the table, says he will be one minute with my food. 12 minutes later, I timed it, my food arrives not as I requested. My husband is now done with his food. I requested to speak to a manager, the server didn’t want to get the manager, so I then proceeded to look for the manager myself. The manager comps me charges that I should never have been charged in the first place, there where charges for things I didn’t even order. Stay far far away from this location, promise it will be the best decision you ever made.
Food and service was great. I order a Ultimate Long Island Iced Tea.The first one was great in a nice tall glass with a lot of ice, now the second one was not so great because i asked for less ice. So the glass was shorter
I loved the pot stickers. The burger, not so much. It fell apart when I cut it in half. Wasn't tasty at all. Desert was just okay.
I admire this venue very much. theres a romantic ambiance. The kitcen is splendid. the service is dynamic and the crew is very professional. The price is honest. I warmly recommend.

Not the best service or food
was very pleased and surprised. for a chain restaurant, food and service was excellent
I have been here several times, and we have never had an issue with the service. We sat at the bar for happy hour, and my friend was cold so we told the bartender we were going to move to a hightop table within the bar area. Our drinks were left at the bar, so I went over to get them. The bar tender came over to us and asked for us to pay for everything( although we had not been served yet), since we moved to a table. She explained the guy who was responsible for that area didn’t want to wait on us, since it was a bar check. I just found this to be a little strange.
I wasn't impressed, 1st I wanted a bucket of bones it comes with like 6 wings, I asked for all flats. The lady who took my order told me they don't do all flats.? Problem 1 I should have just hung up. Ok so I end up ordering Cajun chicken and shrimp,it wasn't good. I've had it before but this just wasn't good, those chicken pieces definitely wasn't white meat. Some kinda chewy, and yes it's suppose to have kick but that's all I could taste aside from the pepper I really didn't taste any other flavor, ended up having to put salt. And also you can't even order from them online, ridiculous
Its a big restaurant with lot of seating place. It has a big menu to choose a dish. They serve liquor as well. They have a good collection of wine/beer/whisky etc. It has high seats as well as tv screens where live sports can be watched. It is in Clifton mall.
