Disgusting service. Lady with short brown hair closed 30 minutes early and were screaming at customers the entire time. I’ve never heard of a place that closes 30 minutes early when I called 5 minutes prior and made sure that they were open. The entire time they were making drinks they were making inappropriate comments and saying swears under their breath. Seriously the manager needs to pay more attention to employees like this. This occurred after 9pm on January 2nd. from past reviews it seems like this is a common habit so this is definitely a shortcoming with management

I called ahead to ask if you still had tapioca and was told yes. I drove 30 minutes and arrived at 9:40 PM, only to be told you were already closing, even though your store hours say 10 PM. Closing 20 minutes early after confirming by phone is extremely frustrating and disrespectful to customers’ time. Please update your hours if you’re not actually open until 10.

My family had a late night craving for some bubble tea. I called the place at around 9:25PM To make sure they’re still open, they told me yes. I got there at 9:35PM only to be told that they ran out of tapioca and they aren’t making any more of it due to the fact that it is very close to closing time. Experience was ruined for the very first time I decided to give this place a shot. We turned around and left.
