The service bad . It was a bad experience, unfortunately. I ordered a cake from them for my son's graduation, and the cake tasted bad and dry, as if it was old. I don't know exactly how to describe it, because I have never eaten a cake with that taste before. Unfortunately, when I contacted them, they attacked me and disrespected me, and they did not show any regret or apologize.

I ordered a cake for my 1 year olds birthday and I was offered a great price for it. I paid for it in full right there. I go to pick it up and one of the bakers complains to me that it's more expensive and I got the wrong price and was rude. When it was time to enjoy the cake, everyone noticed how it tasted gross and plain and it was also over cooked. I was completely devastated and had to toss the remaining cake.

The cake itself was absolutely stunning and fit the enchanted garden theme perfectly. Every detail was beautifully done, and you could tell how much care went into creating it. And the best part? It tasted just as amazing as it looked! Guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was.

The lady at the front counter was very friendly and very good customer service . The low rating is for flavoring. I was disappointed because the place has high ratings. I stepped in for a cake to bring to Christmas dinner , I was sold a Yule log cake and told it was dulce de leche filling. It was not , and it wasn’t tasty either , fresh yes but I don’t know what flavor the light beige filling was. Nobody liked it, It wasn’t just me , and everyone agreed that it was not dulce de leche. The price was high also and not worth it.
